Rigatoni were good, the cotoletta alla bolognese was good, I expected much more from the friggione which unfortunately I didn't like because of the taste that I didn't understand. Recommended

Trattoria outside San Lazzaro with a beautiful, spacious outdoor area where dining is a pleasure. The menu is purely traditional. It's suitable for groups as they offer two or three first courses. The food was objectively good. The first courses were all tasty and well-made. Crescentine (a little larger than the traditional ones) were neither good nor bad, accompanied by classic cured meats, squacquerone, and friggione cheese, which, however, was much sweeter than the traditional one. The staff was quick and friendly. The only drawback was the quantity and the price. For 12 people, it's not possible to pay €45 per person, including beer (half a liter each) and a three-course first course where you could have had three tortelloni each and a forkful of tagliatelle, otherwise it wouldn't have been enough for everyone. Excessively expensive for the location and the food (considering that no elaborate or special dishes were ordered).

Business dinner. The main courses arrived while we were still eating the first courses. I felt awkward with the customers. The food was a little salty for my taste, but overall good.

Located in a town from which it takes its name, in a prime location due to its elevation above the surrounding area. Parking is available (about 10 cars plus a few on the entrance road, for a total of 15-18 maximum). In the evening, you can eat in two outdoor areas, both cool: one in front of the entrance, which extends toward the parking lot, and the other on the opposite side. Inside, the decor is dated but representative of the place. We ate for two, including an appetizer, main course, side dish, and dessert, with beer and coffee. The dishes are good, authentic—nothing extraordinary, but everything is high-quality for a trattoria. The prices are consistent with what's offered. We've been coming here for many years, at least once a year. I even celebrated my birthday there because I feel so at home. Go, you won't regret it.

This trattoria is located 10 minutes from Bologna. I had the pleasure of trying the tortellone stuffed with butter and sage and the rigatoni with smoked pancetta, both highly recommended, especially the tortellone. The prices were average for the amount of food we ate. I can't recommend it enough.

Davvero un ottima cucina, dalle tagliatelle verdi all'ortica e tortellini in brodo, alla grigliata mista e patate al forno, crescentine con affettati siamo rimasti veramente contenti e il tutto non pesante sullo stomaco. Ottimi anche i dolci e prezzo buono per aver mangiato in 4 persone con vino e acqua
