Had lunch in the beautiful square adjacent to the restaurant, in the shade: excellent quality food, perhaps slightly small portions but the location and the kindness of the staff more than make up for this small shortcoming. Unlike other places in Portovenere, it does not have tables in the middle of the street but in a more secluded area, a note of merit!

Super recommended. A little expensive but good food. Compared to the restaurants at the harbor where you get frozen food, you have clean, fresh food here. Seems to be popular with locals.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante come ultima cena di fine soggiorno presso la bellissima città di Porto Venere. Cena molto piacevole e soddisfacente: abbiamo preso due primi e due secondi; gli spaghetti allo scoglio erano veramente buoni.
Per non farci mancare nulla abbiamo preso anche quattro dolci, anch'essi molto buoni e ben presentati. Un punto in più va al cameriere che ci ha guidato per tutta la cena, veramente competente e gentile.

Dinner for four people
We booked for dinner at this restaurant in the village of Portovenere, very characteristic and with local dishes.
The staff was very helpful and attentive to our every doubt or request.
Excellent quality/price ratio, having chosen to have a first or second course and finally a nice dessert.
The fish dishes and desserts with local products such as "Portovenere" with basil and pine nuts are especially recommended.
Dishes with well-balanced and surprising flavours.

On y est allé au feeling. On s'est régalés avec du thon grillé au sésame et des desserts raffinés.Le cadre n'est pas exceptionnel mais dans la véranda c'était sympa par ce jour de pluie. Rien à dire sur le service et temps d'attente. Personnel sympa.

Best meal in the whole 5 terre. Portovenere is a must go place, the castel and sunset view are amazing, go there and then stop at la Medusa for a sensational dinner!
Lovely staff, great wine selection and delicious food! Still dreaming about the pesto pasta! Not to mention the stuffed mussels, unbelievable! Same with the frittura, best yet.
Super super recommended!
My boyfriend wants to go back to there again tomorrow!!
