Nice place, with an old-world feel. Everything was good; I would have given it a fifth star if the checkout had also surprised me. A solid choice, anyway.

Taverna Paolino is a true gem! The food is simply exceptional: carefully crafted dishes, authentic flavors, and high-quality ingredients that are evident from the first bite to the last. Each course exudes passion and respect for tradition.
The pizza is also not to be missed: excellent, with a light and easily digestible dough, perfectly cooked, and made with genuine ingredients. One of the best pizzas you'll find, capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates.
The owners are a huge added bonus: wonderful, welcoming, and always smiling people, capable of making you feel at home from the moment you enter. Their kindness and attention to their customers truly make the difference and transform a simple dinner into a special moment.
A place where you eat excellently, from the kitchen to the pizza, and where you always return with great pleasure.

I was in Mondovì for work. I didn't know what place it was. I walked in and was immediately greeted warmly by the people who work there. A waiter and waitress served me kindly, and I ordered a pizza and a beer (very chill). The arrival of the very yummy pizza was followed by the start of a performance of some exquisite pieces by the waiter on the piano that stands in the center of the room. It was a special evening. I have a feeling, perhaps mistaken, that the pianist/waiter is the son(?) of someone in the kitchen? If so, that would explain the manual/artistic magic that linked the beautiful music and good food. (How lucky I was that I got in! :) ) Highly recommended
