At La Marea, we ate the freshest and most flavorful fish in all of Savelletri (and, in fact, during our entire stay in Puglia). All the ingredients used are top-quality, and the staff is highly trained, attentive, and extremely friendly. It's the perfect place if you're looking for an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. There's no comparison; definitely stop here if you're in the area and want one of the best fish meals of your life!

Does it ever happen to you to go to a restaurant on the first night of your vacation, fall in love with the dishes and the location and go back every day for a whole week? For us it was like this…. We discovered Marea, after a careful selection of the best locations where you can taste typical Apulian dishes. The first night we entered and found ourselves in a very elegant, refined and cared for place in every detail. You enter breathing in a scent coming from fresh flowers, candles and divided into two areas, one outside in the garden, the other inside with air conditioning. We tried various dishes on the menu, from fresh raw fish of excellent quality and coming from local areas, to first courses, for any taste and delicious, to some typical dishes, a real treat! Even the desserts and sorbets of our own production. Excellent wine cellar. The management is done directly by the owners, each specialized in their role, done with Love and Niche. Thank you for letting us taste your wonderful dishes and for letting us breathe the scent of home, Yours. Impeccable and that we already remember with nostalgia.!

I discovered La Marea and I couldn't be more satisfied! The fish is extraordinarily fresh, carefully prepared and impeccably presented. The tartares were the highlight: unique, light and simply delicious. The vegetables, especially the turnip greens, were also very fresh and tasty. The service was excellent, fast and attentive, without ever being intrusive. A special applause to the owner, very kind and always ready to offer useful advice with kindness and passion. For me, La Marea deserves a 10/10: an experience to absolutely repeat!
