Quality restaurant! Definitely a little gem in the Marche hills, with a wonderful view and revisited traditional dishes!

We only discovered this place in autumn, but given the place and the beautiful view, we will certainly return in spring-summer

Il contesto è molto bello e nelle giornate limpide il paesaggio è decisamente godibile, la sala ristorante è ampia e luminosa, adatta senz'altro a cerimonie ed eventi per grossi numeri di partecipanti ma capace di conservare anche una dimensione intima. Quando ci sono andata c'erano due lunghe tavolate, ma debbo dire che questo non ha affatto inciso sul servizio, che è stato sollecito e preciso, accogliente e gentile. Il menù, pur nel solco della tradizione, ha anche ottimi piatti innovativi. Molto buoni i primi e i dolci, appena al di sotto delle aspettative l'uovo poché, un po' troppo cotto. Prezzi nella norma. Nell'insieme una sosta piacevole sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Sono stato con la mia famiglia alla Marca dei Sapori, in estate a cena: posto bellissimo, vista e tavoli all'aria aperta (sul verde), ma offre anche musica dal vivo, pic-nic sul prato, tutto molto bello e curatissimo. Mi dispiace che però non è dello stesso carattere il menù: vario certo, ma non di qualità. Polpette un po' rancide, sughi dei primi piuttosto insignificanti , insomma, curate di più la qualità dei piatti. Il resto è già perfetto. Assoluta disponibilità del personale ! Spero di tornare e mangiare meglio.
