Siamo arrivati io e miei amici stra affamati e ci siamo presi delle pinse condite in svariati modi. Erano buonissime, deliziose veramente...peccato che la mattina dopo siamo stati tutti male. La mia amica ha pensato che il formaggio fosse troppo pesante...io non so, so solo che ho cominciato ad avere mal di pancia che mi è durato per 2 giorni...

Mandragola Restaurant (Innocenti hotel restaurant), elegant location in the central area. Young, professional and kind staff. Dishes made from typical dishes, the dishes are presented well, the products used are excellent. Praise for the meat, every time, you could feel that it was fresh and cooked as requested and, without exaggerating, it melted in your mouth, both the 1.2kg Fiorentina steak and the charcoal steak, both plain and with rocket and parmesan. Fresh pici with excellent truffle cream, gnudi with excellent hare ragout, and the same goes for the pinsa, excellent cooking and good products. We returned several times during the week of overnight stay (the whole family 2 adults and 2 children) also because we were in the Innocenti hotel, same owner of the restaurant. A special mention goes to the truly helpful and friendly owners, but this applies to all the staff both for breakfasts and for lunches and dinners. Optimal.
