However, I was very pleasantly surprised that they use cloth napkins here. Staff: The staff was helpful and nice. I have no complaints. Food: We ordered fettucine ai porcini and spaghetti ala Gricia. I have to say that the ferrucine was not good. It is not written anywhere on the menu that the chef will add spicy sauce to this dish, and if you order something that is basically mild and not supposed to be hot, you are then upset. In addition, the food was not seasoned. Someone relied on the fact that hotness is the only and sufficient flavor. The spaghetti was not bad, but again it was not well seasoned. It was just average. Drinks: We ordered water and beer. Nothing special. A spectacular place, incredible service, magnificent food, and unparalleled hospitality. A restaurant with varied and delicious Italian cuisine, and excellent value for money. For work, I dined at this restaurant four times and felt right at home. The staff is extremely attentive and always ready to cater to any need. And the owner, Augusto, is a man you feel at home with from the moment you arrive.

La Madia restaurant is the ideal place to enjoy homemade dishes, authentic Italian flavors, and exquisite service. We dined with 50 Spanish teenagers for a whole week, and everyone was delighted. A varied and generous menu in a relaxed and very comfortable atmosphere. We had children with allergies and intolerances, and they accommodated our needs, always with a smile and exquisite attention. Thanks to Augusto and his fantastic team, their courtesy and professionalism won over our palates and those of all our students. A memory we will never forget. Excellent service, especially from Kiko, and the food is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

A wonderful place. We're a group of secondary school students on our end-of-year trip, and it's not easy to cater to groups like ours. Augusto, the owner, is a very professional and friendly man who helped us adjust our schedules and menus. All the staff—Vincenzo, Kiko, the cooks, and everyone else like Tonina—were incredibly kind. The food was delicious and plentiful. Coming here was a great decision.

It's a true Roman trattoria and pizzeria, with a wide selection of pizza, pasta, and main courses. The menu features traditional Roman flavors. It's certainly not gourmet, but the food is good and excellent value.
