Restaurant with attention to the smallest detail. Always careful that customers feel at ease (personally when I go there, I feel as if I were at home among friends) even with requests outside the menu. Delicious dishes with great attention to detail as always, even in their presentation. Thanks to Stefania and her husband Andrea for the new management of the restaurant. I highly recommend going there. Reservation recommended. - I can't wait to go again this summer and enjoy a delicious lunch, surrounded by mountains and an expanse of meadows. For the room, clean, well furnished with TV, kettle, fridge and shower products. Furthermore, for those who have dogs (like me), you will find some water bowls in the room. Really great for everything.

Ritorniamo spesso in questo locale che abbiamo visto nascere. Questa bontà la sorpresa è il cambio di gestione. La signora Stefania, che già lavorava nel locale, ora lo gestisce con il marito. Menù in continuità con il passato con un interessante mix di proposte locali e piatti più creativi. Sempre buona la carta dei vini.

Hands-down the best place to have dinner while staying in Cervinia. The food was delicious and well presented, the wine list is super extensive and well curated. The staff is kind and helpful, they recommended us a great local wine which paired perfectly with the pigeon we had. We will surely come back!

We ate really well at lunch, the service was friendly and the cover charge included truly super welcome and good breadsticks, bread and oil. Really well plated and tasty dishes. The only negative note, given that the dish is not cheap, as far as the 5 herb tortelli are concerned they are very few for how much they cost. Anyway, we'll be back

I had the pleasure of dining at La Luge, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch - everyone was very attentive and knowledgeable, and made sure that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
What we ordered and was very tasty:
Appetizers: beef tartare and veal sweetbread
Primi: tagliatelle with shrimp- keep in mind that the shrimp is raw
Secondi: lamb with mashed potatoes
Dolci: panettone
On the house: one glass of prosecco, bread with olive oil & butter, biscotti for dessert

What can I say... SPECTACULAR!
I had dinner at this restaurant with my partner and was deeply impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu featured a variety of innovative dishes, with bold flavors and careful presentation down to the smallest details. Excellent wine list (it's not often you find two certified Sommeliers in a restaurant).
The attentive and knowledgeable staff made sure our meal was memorable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction throughout. Maximum attention to Gluten Free, being celiac I was able to enjoy various courses specially revisited in a Gluten free version.
The most sincere congratulations to the new owners Andrea and Stefania for the leap in quality and the results obtained.
For anyone who wants to have a fantastic dining experience this is definitely the best place.
We will definitely be back!!!

In una zona dove una polentuccia con spezzatino viene pomposamente spacciata per gourmet qui troverete un ristorante di classe dove si mangia veramente bene. Giovanissimo e talentuoso chef che porta in carta piatti deliziosi e oggigiorno difficili da trovare: anguilla, carciofo alla giudea su fonduta di pecorino, animelle... fatti stupendamente e leggermente rivisitati con gusto e coerenza. Per i più tradizionalisti ci sarà la tartare gli agnolotti al plin di coniglio il vitello tonnato....... menu non straripante per fortuna ma con carne pesce vegetariano negli antipasti primi secondi. Nuova gestione di Andrea e moglie che ha fatto fare un grande balzo in avanti a questo locale piazzandolo secondo me al primo posto nella zona. Esperienza di entrambi in raffinate strutture, professionalità, accoglienza e riguardo dell ospite saranno notati fin dal vostro ingresso. Bella sala di baita elegante raffinata e calda. Bella mise en place, partenza di grande qualità con pane grissini con farina di polenta focaccia fatti in casa deliziosa spuma di burro assaggio di olio prodotto nel Lazio dal titolare vi faranno capire quanto sarete coccolati e deliziati. Vasta carta dei vini anche al bicchiere con ottima scelta di bianchi e rossi valdostani dei primari produttori.
Per quel che avrete conto corretto.

In an area where polenta with stew is pompously passed off as gourmet, here you will find a classy restaurant where you can eat really well. Very young and talented chef who brings to the menu delicious dishes that are difficult to find nowadays: eel, Judean-style artichoke on pecorino fondue, sweetbreads... beautifully made and slightly revisited with taste and consistency. For the more traditionalists there will be the tartare, the agnolotti with rabbit plin, the veal with tuna sauce....... menu fortunately not overflowing but with meat, fish, vegetarian in the starters, first courses and second courses. New management by Andrea and his wife who has made this place make a big leap forward, placing it in first place in the area in my opinion. The experience of both in refined facilities, professionalism, hospitality and consideration for the guest will be noticed from the moment you enter. Beautiful elegant, refined and warm cabin room. Beautiful mise en place, great quality start with bread, breadsticks with polenta flour, homemade focaccia, delicious butter foam, tasting of oil produced in Lazio by the owner will make you understand how pampered and delighted you will be. Extensive wine list, including by the glass, with an excellent choice of Aosta Valley whites and reds from leading producers.
