I've known this restaurant for many years, and it remains one of my favorites. The atmosphere is welcoming, charming, and relaxing. The cuisine is refined, and the staff is always very friendly and ready to accommodate any requests. This time we tried the tasting menu, and it was a true culinary experience. The presentation of the dishes is also always top-notch! Highly recommended.

When we arrived for dinner, we were "greeted" by a man (the owner). As soon as we entered, he looked at us without saying anything. Consequently, we had to tell him we had booked a table for two, and he told us (without any kind of friendliness or welcome) to choose a table of our choice. We sat down and noticed that the second part of the room was much colder than the one at the entrance, probably due to the distance from the fireplace. The same man who greeted us took our order, and along with the various courses we ordered, we also received a bottle of rosé wine. We then ordered two appetizers, one first course, and one second course. We appreciated the quality of the food and the chef's passion for his gourmet-style dishes, despite the "small" incident with one of the two appetizers. The terrible service we experienced throughout the entire dinner was finally confirmed when we received the bill, where, given the inconvenience with the appetizer, not even the 2 euros of the total 92 that were asked of us (paying in cash) were symbolically rounded up.

We went to this restaurant for dinner. The tortorelli alla carbonara were excellent, and the main courses, appetizers, and desserts were also very tasty. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The restaurant was beautiful and quaint. The wait staff was kind and friendly. The chef's food was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Definitely a tasting menu to try for €40 per person, they will pamper you from the starter to the main course, everything is of excellent quality and the composition of the dishes is top, highly recommended.

An extraordinary experience, from every perspective. "La Locanda di Saturno" is a true gem that you absolutely must visit and try!!! It offers authentic and refined Italian cuisine; each dish tells a story of passion and research, using top-quality ingredients and always perfect pairings. The service is attentive and professional, yet warm, making you feel welcomed and at home while maintaining elegance. We've been there before, we've been back, and we'll definitely be back whenever we can!

13/09/2025: To be sure, we returned, having found it for the first time due to lack of space elsewhere. I can say you feel at home 🏡 The dishes are typical of the area, and you won't be able to get up without always being hungry. Both in the dining room and on the terrace overlooking Viterbo, being in the historic center. Family-run. If you're here, don't miss the opportunity.

30/11/2025: My wife and I spent a couple of days visiting Civita di Bagnoregio and Bomarzo. The B&B hosts directed us to this family-run restaurant, which was so good and authentic that we returned for lunch the next day. The kitchen and dining room are entirely managed by the owner and her husband when there are few people, otherwise they are assisted by their daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. We were fortunate, visiting in winter, to be virtually alone for dinner, warmed by a fireplace and a stove, as well as the excellent house wine. We enjoyed appetizers of vegetables, cheeses, and cured meats that were truly fresh and freshly prepared... Exceptional first courses, complete with grated truffle, followed by a second course of porcini mushrooms and baked potatoes, and dessert with sweet treats prepared by Signora Giuliana. At Sunday lunch, despite the dining room being full, the service was impeccable, the cuisine always exceptional, and the welcome undeniable. A corner of traditional cuisine that still preserves a love for homemade and well-made things. Time slows down, your face relaxes, and a friendly smile warms your heart. If you can, stop by—you won't regret it.

The atmosphere is familiar and refined, perfect for enjoying dishes prepared with passion and genuine ingredients. The quality-price ratio and the carefully selected local wines are also excellent. A place where you eat well, but above all, where you feel at home—thanks to Giuliana and Silvano's warm welcome. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience in the heart of Bomarzo!
