My girlfriend and I had dinner here and were very, very pleased. The food is always excellent. The slow-cooked capocollo is truly delicious, and their tiramisu is indescribable. I think this is the fourth or fifth time I've been here, and I've always been impressed, so much so that I even brought my parents for a family lunch. The bread also deserves a special mention, truly delicious. You clearly love what they do. Congratulations again to everyone, you're truly talented.

Spectacular place, small and cozy. Limited seating. Very good food, with dishes cooked at a low temperature. The owners are very friendly and kind. Excellent service and truly spectacular dishes. I highly recommend it. If you're passing through Sarteano, stop by—the food is truly delicious. If you come, be sure to order the Pavlova for dessert.
