we had a very good time in this restaurant, with quite a few local specialties, and the Mamma who manages everything

We ended up in Greve one weekend and, for dinner, we opted for this restaurant which is located in the main square of the town. We were three people welcoming us, a kind waiter who, we had no reservation but in this period it is absolutely not a problem, assigned us the table and gave us the neù. All three of us decide to have a Tuscan appetizer consisting of finocchiona (very good), raw ham (good but nothing special), Tuscan soprassata (very, very good), crostini with livers (really excellent). Let's accompany everything with a Chianti docg. As second courses, the two of us chose a 1.4 kg "fiorentina" and the person with us chose a pasata with black cabbage and bacon. We chose to accompany the dishes with baked potatoes, herbs and fried vegetables (in extra virgin olive oil). The food was all very good, the "fiorentina" was rare as we asked, and the service was good. At the end of dinner we had no "place" left and we chose a couple of liqueurs. Bill proportionate to the quality of the food and service. Definitely a place to recommend and perhaps revisit in the summer.

Super friendly owners, excellent food with typical Tuscan cuisine with fresh products. Comfortable and clean rooms. The structure is very welcoming, it seems to be in a film. I recommend everyone to go there at least once.

Very nice atmosphere, good wines

From the Veneto we came here for walks in the Chianti hills, but after each excursion returning to the hotel and feeling at home is priceless... already on the first evening when we arrived late from the trip they let us have dinner even though it was almost 22 and it's not a given. The dinner was delicious with fresh, quality products. The rustic room, with its bathroom and a comfortable bed. The simply perfect breakfast, from sweet to savory, with a wide choice of products, many homemade. (Phenomenal tart) the tasting then with the 3 glasses, the tasting of the local and typical products, nothing but tasting, a full-fledged dinner with zero space and everything naturally excellent. I'll just end by thanking the lady in charge of the facility who really made us feel at home, if we ever return to Tuscany, we will definitely stop by to visit her because it's nice to see how many years she has put so much passion into everything she does. We really liked this Albergo. The location is right on the square--perfect! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and we loved eating it on the terrace overlooking the square! Would definitely stay here again!

Oggi con mia moglie ed una coppia di amici ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante, che puntualmente come ogni anno è il nostro punto di riferimento in Toscana.
