This excellent restaurant is located in the center of Sulmona. The quality of the ingredients is noteworthy, and the wine list is good. I didn't give it five stars because of the portion of pasta, which was truly minimal (so good it's a crime not to have eaten enough), and because of one of the two waiters who served us. A bit grumpy, while the other was helpful and friendly.

Last lunch of the holidays, but the first for quality! High-quality ingredients, attentive, punctual, and courteous service, all enjoyed on time. Pleasant atmosphere. Excellent first courses, especially the lamb sauce, melt-in-your-mouth braised beef in Montepulciano, and some of the best gratinated vegetables I've ever eaten. The desserts were excellent, both the sbrisolona with warm cream and the ricotta and dark chocolate cake. Truly a top-notch restaurant, congratulations.

The cured meats were exquisite, and another thing I really enjoyed was the cod with pine nuts. A true delight. The price was more or less fair, in short...nothing to complain about. I'd go back.

…. è stato il leitmotiv di un convivio 🍽️ di Mezzodì 🕛 consumato in questa rinomata Location Peligna !
Ambienti molto lineari e ben organizzati , dove il Personale di Sala 🤵🏾 si muove molto velocemente e secondo i crismi del Galateo !
I Gestori al riguardo sono molto esigenti ed alche con la Clientela ( anche quella conosciuta ) di mostrano prodighi di “ consigli culinari “ finalizzati a gustare al meglio i Piatti del giorno ….
Noi abbiamo preso la 🐑 Coratella di agnello 🐑 perché - per chi piace - è un bocconcino niente male !
Per dolce 🍰 poi …. , abbiamo ordinato della “ Sbrisolona “ ricoperta con crema chantilly !
Cos’altro da aggiungere ?
È una Location già conosciuta e dove ci fa sempre molto piacere ritornare ….

We tried several dishes, but the standout was definitely the Coratella di agnello (lamb offal with onions and white wine). Rich, savory, and expertly prepared with no gaminess at all — even the lamb liver was juicy and tender, perfect with their fresh bread and olive oil.
