We ate at this restaurant on our visit to Bari. A good choice. We had starters, a main course, and dessert. Everything we tried was very good. The waiter who served us was very friendly and professional.

We had a fabulous meal here for our final night in Bari. We ate fava beans with chicory, Orrechiette with 3 types of tomatoes and stracciatella, the “Fumo d’Andria” sausage dish and the salmon with citrus and fennel. All washed down with a local bottle of rosè. €94 which represented great value for the quality of the food. The staff were helpful and pleasant. A great way to finish Bari! Grazie mille.

I had the orecchiette. It was delicious, and even a Japanese woman could finish the portion. The location and atmosphere were great, and the price was relatively reasonable.

Nonostante fosse la sera di pasquetta abbiamo trovato posto nella veranda che si affaccia sulla piazza e siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dalla bontà dei piatti proposti. Menzione particolare per le orecchiette con ragù barese e come secondo per la salsiccia locale servita con patate, funghi e pomodorini, così tenera da sciogliersi in bocca! Molto consigliato!

Me encantó cenar platos tradicionales de Puglia en La Locanda di Federico. A parte el local es precioso y el personal muy amable, sin duda repetiré cuando regrese a Bari

30/07/2025: Exceptional pastries, excellent service. Every morning, since I discovered it, I've been coming for breakfast with coffee and a polacca (a specialty pastry). I can't help but say, I've been so enchanted by this pastry shop that on Tuesdays, their day off, I refuse to leave the house. I can't face the day without the excellent coffee and polacca (plain) served with exceptional courtesy. I forgot, breakfast only cost me €2, and sharing a croissant is included in the service. Try it and believe it! And on Sundays, I come here with friends to buy their excellent pastries.
25/06/2025: A pastry institution. Try the small pastries and the absolutely unmissable panettoni

25/08/2025: We managed to get a table for two without a reservation. The food was delicious, and the view was a bonus. The fried fish platter cost €30, and the bottle of house wine was €10. The staff was also attentive and friendly.
11/08/2025: A quaint seaside spot with excellent seafood, good service, and competitive prices. You can eat while gazing at the sea...
