Siamo stati in questo ristorante per cena. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene: si poteva apprezzare la qualità dei prodotti e la cura nel prepararli; le porzioni giuste e calibrate. Consigliati i pici! Purtroppo non possiamo dare cinque stelle a causa della freddezza (o maleducazione) con cui siamo stati accolti e che ha contraddistinto il servizio di tutta la serata. Se il cibo ci avrebbe spinto a ritornare e consigliare, il servizio non ce lo farà fare. Peccato

Arriving in the restaurant we were pampered, the central fireplace in the room reigns supreme, marvelous... the scent of each dish and the view make each dish an orgasm of delicious flavours... the wine recommended to us has an excellent high quality flavour. quality..The experience of both the chef and his wife make the restaurant their great story...Wonderful...Thank you for everything and from the bottom of our hearts we felt very at home...of those flavors lost for a long time....

29/08/2024: I am really happy to have had this experience of a dinner at the canonical tavern in Castiglion Del Bosco... The menu and the menu of the day satisfied us greatly with dishes of the highest quality and very delicious... I would like to thank in particular the waitress who our table was occupied all evening and she was truly exceptional and professional in taking care of us... a well-structured menu and a truly customer-friendly service, in addition to dinner we also had the pleasure of meeting the very famous chef Carlo Cracco... I will definitely come back A big round of applause again to all the staff
