A beautiful corner of Umbria, nestled among green fields, makes the Locanda a picture-perfect spot.
The patio is perfect for summer days, for lunch or dinner under the vine-covered pergola. The rustic interior can get noisy due to the large number of seats.
The first and second courses, both meat and game, are very good. The vegetarian options are limited. The dessert is a disappointing finish.
The parking lot is too small, and doesn't match the restaurant's capacity.

A small restaurant in Marsciano (PG) with a stunning terrace. We only managed to glimpse the beautiful pergola with grape vines, but we couldn't enjoy the sunset view because we arrived too late for dinner. The staff were very friendly, young, and attentive. Despite the late evening, they cooked us an excellent mixed seafood appetizer, which included Cantabrian anchovies with mozzarella, seafood salad, shrimp cocktail, breaded sardines, and everything else you see in the attached photo. We then ordered a very pleasant amber-colored white wine that paired perfectly, but I can't remember the name (colle dei ceci?), a fried fish for two, grilled vegetables, and coffee. We're left wanting to return to savor the view! Excellent place.

Beautiful, welcoming restaurant with a large indoor space and a covered outdoor terrace. Friendly, helpful staff. The owner is also very welcoming and friendly. Excellent appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, and wine. Good quality ingredients. Recommended.
