Una locanda dai buoni sapori. Abbiamo ordinato delle polpette (di pane) al sugo, 2 tagliate di carne con rucola e grana davvero molto buone, io ho scelto 1 piatto di salsicce con patatine fritte; 1/2 litro di vino, 1 bottiglia di acqua, 1 fetta di torta cioccolato e pera il tutto ad un prezzo onestissimo 70 euro. Forse un po' caro il coperto (€ 2,50) giustificato dal fatto che prima della cena ci hanno offerto un entrée di benvenuto e alla fine un sorbetto dal gusto "particolare" molto buono e delle caldarroste.

Absolutely recommended, excellent appetizers, home cooking, the service is very friendly and approachable, they make you feel at home. The place is not large so I recommend booking

Ogni anno se riusciamo ci torniamo e direi che la qualità e’ buona. Peccato che non sono riusciti a rispettare le ordinazioni, hanno portato un primo e un secondo allo stesso momento … ma a parte questo particolare i piatti erano gustosi. Il locale tiene circa 50 persone ed essendo sabato sera era un po’ rumoroso. Prezzi nella media.

I have celiac disease and I have never had any problems here at Vito's. They always pay a lot of attention both in the preparation of the dishes and in terms of table service (Daniela is a force of nature). I highly recommend it

Wonderful Puglian food with great service. It was really difficult to choose from the menu as there were so many great options. We had orechiette in delicious sauce, and brasiola that fell apart in your mouth. House red was great match to food. Wanted to go back during our stay, but did not have the chance. Would highly recommend.

20/09/2024: We booked ahead so as not to miss out on this hidden gem due to the limited indoor seats (there are also outdoor seats in the height of summer). The surroundings are intimate, a beautiful vaulted ceilinged room, filled with the best local and Italian wines. Ronnie and Danni were superb hosts for our culinary journey around the Valle D'Itria. Having no menu, taking the finest, freshest, seasonal ingredients from the region and showcasing them in small plate format. Across several courses, we were treated to local meats, cheeses, vegetables, and breads. Special mention needs to go to the buratta, the chilli Ricotta wrapped in riddled courgette, and the Martina Franca cured meats. We drank a local white wine and enjoyed lots of discussions with Danni about the sourcing and preparation of the dishes. Run, don't walk, to this excellent restaurant.
08/08/2024: We went to Ronny thinking of a good glass of wine accompanied by an aperitif but right from the start we realized that everything was really special, from the professional welcome of Ronny and his collaborator Daniela, from the surprising competence on everything, as well as from the very refined and particular setting of the place and the spectacular aperitif accompanied by an excellent wine. I can truly say that it was a taste experience of unparalleled quality rather than an aperitif. Not only do I recommend it but I warmly invite you to have an aperitif at Ronny's for its uniqueness in the genre. Supreme quality of food and wines.
