La Locanda del Castello In Celano

Excellent food and value. The dishes use top-quality ingredients. The wine list is good, though not particularly extensive, which isn't a problem at all, but makes choosing easier. The staff is very kind and friendly. The experience is worth repeating.

Very pleasant and quiet atmosphere behind the castle. We sat outside on a panoramic terrace. The food was delicious. It's a shame about the service... extremely slow!

At the foot of the Castle is this restaurant with outdoor seating. Good food and fair prices.

This small restaurant on two levels is simply adorable. The girl who served us was incredibly kind, always smiling, attentive, and quick. I can't say enough about the food...it's exceptionally high quality and perfectly cooked! The prices are also excellent.

Room inside the castle, spread over two floors, very nice atmosphere. The appetizer of cured meats and cheeses with tastings of Roman-style meatballs and tripe was good. The first course was good, ricotta and spinach ravioli with saffron sauce, sausage, a special dish Meat with good flavor but overcooked, it was tough.

Ci siamo trovati a Celano per trascorrere un fine settimana sulla neve ad Ovindoli. L'hotel in cui abbiamo alloggiato non aveva il servizio di ristorazione e ci ha suggerito questo locale per mangiare carne. Ci siamo trovati bene: la locanda richiama molto l'idea del castello, i cibi semplici ma ben preparati e con un giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Siam tornati anche per il pranzo il giorno successivo! La ragazza che ci ha serviti è stata carinissima, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Anche nella gestione delle comande i tempi d'attesa erano perfetti.

Location spettacolare, tutto ottimo , la ragazza in sala gentilissima, tutto è nato per caso , venendo da Lecce in vacanza, ci siamo ritrovati in questo locale caratteristico, anche la musica perfetta, anni 80/90.
