11/10/2025: A gastronomic experience with meticulous attention to detail We dined at the Tiro a Segno restaurant in Avezzano and were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and quality of the dishes. To begin, we decided to share two first courses to sample both: a fragrant and creamy porcini mushroom and saffron risotto, and a truffle chitarrina, intense and enveloping. The service carefully managed the division, serving each person their own portion, a gesture that demonstrates great customer care. For the second course, I chose a baked eggplant millefeuille: surprisingly light, with crispy and delicate eggplant, perfectly balanced. The side dishes were of excellent quality, prepared with fresh and well-presented ingredients. The dessert also confirmed the excellence of the cuisine: delicious, balanced, and the perfect end to a truly enjoyable dinner. 📍 A welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and cuisine that elegantly enhances flavors.
