Small restaurant, with modern furnishings, the menu they offer is not varied, but I think it is their choice because they focus on quality and well-made dishes, we had very good pici with different sauces, a cut that melted in the mouth and fantastic croutons with lard, honey and cheese... All good!!!

Welcoming environment suitable for couples, families and small groups. A few steps from Santa Caterina and the main streets. The cuisine stands out for its quality and variety well beyond the typical dishes, the selection of wines satisfies palates and wallets. The staff is pleasant and attentive. A pleasant experience that I recommend trying.

Great restaurant that helps make you “fall in love” with Siena. A little removed from the flow of tourism, La Locanda dei Tintori is quite simply a perfect restaurant: great kindness and humanity of the welcome, advice (even when you don't speak a word of Italian), tasty and very local. I dined there twice during my first stay in Siena, and would happily make it my canteen, if I lived in this magical city. Very good recommendations also for the wines, and great generosity of the cuisine!

The visionary here is Azur. But the truffle pasta doesn't taste good. The truffle tasting I had at other places was better. The staff was friendly, but the taste was so-so. The pasta is good because it is fresh pasta. Except the truffle, the rest is good.

09/01/2025: Small environment located in the center of Chianciano Vecchia. It mostly offers platters and other dishes based on their own cured meats and cheeses. Apart from the soups, which are good, there are no other first courses. Friendly staff. The bill is a little steep, but the Cinta Senese is worth it.
06/01/2025: Truly excellent platter and wine! The staff is friendly, but I recommend being a little less insistent when purchasing drinks and products.

09/12/2024: Abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene! Gli antipasti erano strepitosi, una vera sorpresa, e i tagliolini al granchio sono stati abbondanti e molto saporiti. I piatti sono generosi, quindi anche se i prezzi sono un po' elevati, almeno le porzioni giustificano l'investimento. L'unica nota stonata riguarda però il comportamento osservato tra il personale. Non è piacevole assistere a situazioni in cui i camerieri, evidentemente meno esperti, vengono trattati in malo modo davanti ai clienti.
