We stopped here on our first day in the Aosta Valley, and I have to say, I couldn't have asked for a better start. Everything was delicious! Very friendly staff and fast service. I highly recommend it.

The food is fantastic and truly authentic, not the usual tourist menu. But above all, the service is truly exceptional. The wait staff is kind, helpful, patient, and truly knowledgeable. Keep up the good work, guys. We'll definitely be back. ❤

Tonight at Locanda dei Sognatori was a truly wonderful dinner. The Aosta Valley platter (assiette) is highly recommended: local cured meats and cheeses accompanied by honeyed chestnuts, truly flavorful and beautifully presented. I also tried one of the traditional main courses, such as the venison stew with taragna concia polenta: tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The staff is attentive, kind, and very professional; they passionately explain each dish and are ready to recommend the perfect wine to pair it with. In short, authentic cuisine, generous portions, impeccable service. I would gladly return.

Excellent traditional food in a youthful, classic atmosphere. Very nice and highly recommended. It's a shame the street in front is quite busy.

Essendo in zona siamo andati a cena in questo locale curato con con un bel cammino caminetto. Il personale ci ha accolto benissimo e si è dimostrato professionale, menù giusto con piatti del territorio... ottimo il tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi.. prezzo giusto

Il locale è curato e il servizio cordiale. I piatti sono quelli della tradizione valdostana, ben realizzati e ben presentati. Abbiamo optato per il menù valdostano, molto gustoso. Correttezza del titolare che aveva terminato il prosecco da 375 cc e ci ha fatto pagare allo stesso prezzo la bottiglia da 750. Consigliato per una piacevole sosta domenicale.
