I went for dinner one evening, the dishes were all very good, the staff were friendly and welcoming, I recommend it!

We ate the best Fossa cheese platter ever... we'll be back to eat just that!!! The place is very nice and the staff is friendly. We also had some very good first courses. UPDATE: mindful of the superlative quality of the cheeses, we returned after a year and a half and found the same quality. Everything excellent. Good dishes and more than fair portions

I had dinner this week at the restaurant with my family on the recommendation of a colleague of my husband. We ate very well. From appetizers to mixed grilled meat. I had the hand-rolled tagliatelle with truffle, my daughters had carbonara and asparagus, the asparagus was very sweet. Then two types of tortelloni with meat sauce and parmesan fondue. All good. Excellent cured meats, ditto the meat. Location surrounded by greenery, easily reachable by car from the center of Perugia. The service and value for money are also good.

We found the name of this restaurant in the holiday residence. It's an amazing place!!! This time we were only there for dinner but when we return to Perugia we will definitely stay with Mr. Emiliano!! Super platter, 2 pizzas, one with a stuffed crust, truffle tagliatelle, grilled vegetables and a super dessert with a Sagrantino pear... all delicious. The boy who welcomed us was professional and very kind...I was only sorry not to have to give a tip because we had no cash (but see you next time...double!!). Go there...go there...go there! We will definitely be back!!

The venue has several rooms, one in particular is very large, it has two large car parks outside but the main entrance is not well signposted or obvious and this leads several people, including me, to attempt access from the rooms. Orders are very fast and well organised, the waiters are all young people. I found the potato pie with artichoke very tasty but the way the potato structure separated from the rest of the filling made me realize that it was most likely a product defrosted directly in the oven. The pizza is passable but not unforgettable especially due to the "sandy" flour placed on the bottom to prevent it from sticking which is the ultimate sensory experience in the mouth. The cut was good, large, very consistent and fragrant with charcoal as it should be, the only flaw was the hardness, furthermore we ordered two with different cooking points, rare and medium, both arrived medium. I didn't like the cream used on the meringue because it tasted like "whiskey" even though they told me it was Chantilly... Having said that, the prices of the starters compared to the portion are perhaps a little high but overall it was a good culinary experience.

Quiet place, surrounded by nature. Large parking lot close to the structure. The dinner was exquisite, excellent meat. The staff were welcoming, helpful, we felt at home. We will definitely return.

Posto accogliente con persone gentili e non invadenti...cibo ottimo e soprattutto abbondante. Assaggiate le tagliatelle fatte a mano con tartufo di Norcia...squisite, poi carni mista alla griglia con patatine da urlo...peccato non aver lasciato spazio per i dolci che proveremo per colazione, visto che ci sono anche le camere.....😀

Sono stato a cena con un amica. Il personale molto giovane e cordiale ci hanno fatto subito accomodare al tavolo. Locale molto carino e ben strutturato. Il menù molto buono, ho preso 1 antipasto (per 2), un primo, un secondo con contorno, vino e acqua. Tutto cotto perfettamente e con sapori veri. Prezzo giusto. Ampio parcheggio. Da ritornare!!! Bravi!!
