We had lunch at this trattoria and were very satisfied.
The place is welcoming, clean, and well-kept, with a truly pleasant atmosphere.
We had an appetizer, more than enough for two to share: plentiful, very good, and made with the freshest ingredients.
For our first course, we chose paccheri, truly excellent, prepared traditionally and in generous portions.
The mimosa cake was also very good, soft and tasty.
The staff is kind, smiling, and attentive.
A place where you eat well and where we will gladly return.

Truly excellent trattoria! The staff were welcoming and very kind. We started with an appetizer, recommended for two: authentic flavors reminiscent of traditional recipes, with a truly exquisite parmigiana and broccoli. The pasta was also delicious and generously topped.
The dessert was very good!
A place where you can enjoy delicious, quality food.

The food was excellent. What let it down was the wait staff, who took your plate away while you were eating. We didn't order a second course because we knew from their attitude that it was time to leave.
Excessively priced for a RESTAURANT.

At the end of the meal, some of the other diners and I asked to send hugs and kisses to the chef. We ate truly well, with generous portions and options for every palate. The wait staff was incredibly kind and patient. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I'm sorry there are only five stars, because Trattoria degli Abbatazzi deserves many more: the ingredients are top-quality, the atmosphere is small but extremely comfortable and welcoming. But the service is the highlight of this little masterpiece nestled in the Baroque town of Acireale. The kindness, helpfulness, and attentive service make it a place you absolutely must try...and then fall in love with it, as we did.
