Degustazione STELLA...RE! Piatti eccellentemente preparati e presentati da uno Chef capace, evidentemente coadiuvato da una brigata che lo segue meticolosamente. Grande tecnica e contestualmente semplicità balzano agli occhi ed al palato. Personale di sala attento, preparato ed estremamente professionale. Una sosta che merita il giusto riconoscimento tanto dagli avventori, dai commensali quanto degli addetti al settore. Complimenti bravissimi TUTTI.

Very nice surprise!! The restaurant setting is very warm. The team is very professional and very welcoming. A chef of extreme kindness, who comes to present his menu and dishes to each table The dishes are excellent, varied and tasty. Savory and sweet appetizers at the end of many very enjoyable meals. This is a table that I recommend I thank the entire team and the chef for this more than successful romantic meal. This evening will remain an unforgettable memory.

You must go to Legenda dei Frati to savor the flavors of Tuscany revisited in a sophisticated and modern way. Simple, homely flavours, enhanced by the excellent raw materials, with incursions of herbs, spices and notes of acidity that are alternative to those we are usually used to in our region. We did the 7-course tasting menu with wine pairing: you leave with a full belly and a satisfied mouth. The place is beautiful and bright (we went for lunch). Despite the impression, there is a familiar and relaxed atmosphere thanks to the waiters and the chef who personally comes to the table to present his cuisine and ask for any culinary "Achilles' heels". It is truly appreciable that they differentiated two courses to satisfy my tastes and still allow my partner to taste the restaurant's flagship products. It was lovely that the chef took the time after lunch to show us the internal vegetable garden.

I had dinner with some friends for an extraordinary event, where wine was the real protagonist this time. Evening dedicated to a Montalcini winery which exclusively offered unrepeatable old vintages! 7 courses accompanied these splendid wines. Excellent service. Chef Filippo, present in the room, together with the owner of the winery, created unique emotions and sensations with their stories, both of culinary and oenological philosophy. I returned to this place after a long time sure of the experience I was going to have and my expectations were more than confirmed. What can I say! Starting from the structure, the restaurant is located within the spaces of the beautiful Villa Bardini, from which you can admire, probably, the best view of Florence. The interiors are very refined, the style is minimal, elegant, but very warm and welcoming. Furthermore, the choice to display pieces of contemporary art gives the environment that extra character that enriches the whole. The gastronomic offer includes three tasting menus with a choice of wine paring (we chose "The Middle Way", 7 surprise courses chosen by the chef that will literally leave you speechless) and an à la carte menu. The aesthetic idea that you breathe as soon as you enter the restaurant finds full expression in the dishes offered by the kitchen: extremely refined, elegant and well explained by the dining room staff. The raw materials are of excellent quality and are respected and exalted. Even in the most complex interpretations, the flavors are clear and easily distinguishable, allowing each ingredient to be distinguished and its particularity appreciated. The wine paring was very successful, with some truly surprising approaches. The service is attentive and extremely friendly and professional, but without that layer of seriousness, often pedantic, that can be found in places like this. Finally, we were offered a nice gift, but… no spoilers! I don't usually write reviews but when you come across places like this it's really worth it also to thank, in some way, the professionals who dedicate themselves to it with all their energy, taking care of every aspect of their work.

Gourmet restaurant with unique courses and mixes of unique flavours The tasting menu with wines included goes beyond 250 per person but if you want a unique evening to celebrate an event or anniversary... Well you are in the right place and I think that in summer it is the best with the terrace overlooking Florence. Impeccable service

Ristorante carino, ambiente semplice ma con atmosfera intima. Non ha più la stella ma non è indispensabile per avere qualità e un'ottima esperienza, anzi. Molto simpatico lo chef Saporito che questa volta è uscito a salutare e presentare il menù. Personale gentile ed è un vero piacere, consiglio una delle tre proposte degustazione per vivere un'esperienza. Molto buono il piccione, molto buona la pasta con i calamaretti spillo e il caviale. Bella anche la carta dei vini, molto ben presentata. Sempre piacevole la visita post cena al piano superiore per vedere una mostra che periodicamente cambia, oltre alla vista dalla terrazza superiore che toglie sempre il fiato e fa tutto parte di questa fantastica esperienza che non si limita soltanto a tavola. Dal Duomo è una passeggiata di circa 15-20 minuti, passando dal ponte vecchio. Super consigliato.
