Stunning view of the city, watching the sunset over the historic square while we dine al fresco. Some of the best wine pairings we’ve ever had with clear knowledge and passion. A beautiful tasting menu with a great mix of Italian cuisines. This is one of the best experiences we’ve had dining out! Would recommend this to anyone going to Florence.

En un día muy lluvioso en Florencia, mi marido y yo éramos los únicos huéspedes en este hermoso restaurante. Sentimos como si fuera un almuerzo privado que el chef Filippo cocinó solo para nosotros! Escogimos el menú degustación vegetariano - con el fenomenal maridaje de vinos - y cada plato fue sorprendente, delicioso y delicioso. Estábamos encantados de conocer al chef Filippo Soporito, y la profesionalidad suave del personal (Geremia, el sumiller, y Nadia y Khadija) significaba que teníamos un servicio atento, pero nunca obstruyente a lo largo de nuestra experiencia gastronómica de 3 horas y 50 minutos. Degustazione STELLA...RE! Piatti eccellentemente preparati e presentati da uno Chef capace, evidentemente coadiuvato da una brigata che lo segue meticolosamente. Grande tecnica e contestualmente semplicità balzano agli occhi ed al palato. Personale di sala attento, preparato ed estremamente professionale.
