A very nice and substantial size establishment with many tables inside and outside. My preferred seating is outside tucked away along a walkway from the main stream of tourists. It’s charming back there under the umbrella covered tables. The service mainly is provided by university age students who at times seem not so enthusiastic but get the job done. As a couple we ordered Bruschetta Invernale (an enjoyable medley variety), papperdale al console (some of the best), broccolini di Angelo (excellent and unique.) Beverages of acqua, spritz, and draft beer. Finishing with caffe to accompany a superbly balanced tiramisu. The coperto charge is 2 euro per person. Total was 74 euro for 2. Our largest meal of the day.

You will not be disappointed with this restaurant. The atmosphere is so beautiful the waiters amazing and the food you can’t be beat.

Una cena squisita, piatti tipici umbri: ho adorato gli strangozzi al tartufo e il coniglio dissossato con crema di carote. Ambiente curato e piacevole, servizio cortese e veloce, prezzi nella media di Assisi. Lo consiglio!

Eravamo in giro per far conoscere le bellezze di Assisi ad Amici Brasiliani. Ci siamo fermati a pranzo per una pausa veloce. Davvero professionali e attenti alle nostre esigenze, rapidi e cortesi, ci hanno servito ottime pizze. Conto più che onesto. Da consigliare.

Il Vicoletto del Gusto

27/04/2025: Ogni volta rimaniamo sempre sbalorditi dalla bontà delle pizze ma stavolta la polpetta di coratella è stata proprio una cosa spettacolare. Applausi!!!! Anche le lumache.
