Pasta factory with adjoining restaurant. Varied menu, plentiful and very good dishes. Friendly staff. Correct prices. I recommend it

The dishes ordered were good, although I would have expected stronger flavors for the main courses and the dessert was presented a little too messy (whipped cream and pre-packaged caramel creams to accompany it). The place is nice and the staff friendly. Fair prices.

La Gusteria is a contemporary venue located in the center of Ivrea. More and more places are opting for a double proposal, which is summed up in the port-manteau "Gastrosteria". Gusteria is no exception, offering a menu of the day that strictly depends on what's available. Appreciable, but if you can keep up with the proposal! I wanted to eat dishes based on cabbage, but cabbage, although on the menu, was not available: a mistake, but not a serious one. The service was quick to notify us. The two of us chose Agnolotti Canavesani and Trippa Canavesana, in which the bean was king. Both dishes were very good, suitable for a wonderful autumn day. For dessert we chose a Crema Caramel, because the 900 cake "had not been delivered". The bill is in line with the proposal. I want to give my best to this place, despite two slips in the service. It happens, and it does not affect the final grade.

Good but average food.. nothing really special..

Passeggiando per il centro ci siamo imbattuti in questo locale, molto gettonato! Il titolare Luca (ci siamo trovati con il nome) ci ha invitato a tornare dopo un quarto d'ora, e in effetti abbiamo poi trovato il nostro posto. Specialità è la pasta fatta in casa, in varie forme e condimenti, ma anche le verdure sono molto presenti. Buoni i dolci, servizio preciso.
