I loved it! Everything was closed in Ivrea, and I saw some fresh pasta and thought, "This is the place," and I wasn't wrong. The staff were friendly, and the starters were delicious. I highly recommend it!

We stopped in Ivrea for an unplanned lunch on December 5th. In a nutshell: the food is good, the price is right, and the staff are friendly and courteous, which is always a good thing. The appetizer, first course, glass of wine, water, and coffee are excellent options for €25 per person. You'll leave satisfied.

Atmosphere: Small, clean-cut tavern-like space. It would be interesting to see if, beneath the white plaster of the vaults, there are hidden bricks/stones that would make the place much more interesting. The Olivetti-inspired prints are beautiful.
Food: The trio of appetizers offered is quite good: spinach flan, caponata (though not a very local dish), and chestnuts with butter (an interesting pairing). The agnolotti are good, but I found the pasta too thick and the filling tasteless. The chickpea pasta is good, although I would ask for the menu to clearly indicate the presence of pancetta, otherwise it might be considered a vegetarian/vegan dish and consumed as such, as was the case.
Service: Friendly and quick
Price: Fair and reasonable for what's on offer.

An excellent place to sample the quality of their dishes.
The pasta is homemade and expertly prepared, with a bowl and excellent toppings.
We tried mixed vegetables as a second course, and they were also very good (probably because of the quality of the vegetables themselves, but they were cooked well anyway).
The dessert was exquisite, and I don't want to forget the bread, which, like the pasta, is also homemade and you can taste it.
The two people who looked after us were very kind, so I can only compliment the owner, who has managed to put together everything a restaurant needs to make guests feel comfortable.

Friendliness and much more. Generous portions, but above all, exquisite food (cold appetizer, tagliatelle with white ragù, sausage with polenta....). Highly recommended.
