GREAT place for everything!! Really!

Staff available to solve problems (we were 1 more person than booked and they made room for us by adding a table), food ranging from decent to very good with quality fluctuating depending on the courses. Crowded place. Service a little inattentive with errors in the orders (ok there were 12 of us, but...) and slow. Eternal waiting! 35-40 minutes for the appetizers to arrive (including the cold cuts), another 35-40 minutes from the end of the appetizers to see the first courses arrive (but 2 were missing and 1 was wrong... pointed out, the response was decidedly not very nice), and so on. Then by eating the second courses they made us understand that it was "late". But it makes sense to budget around 1 hour for the diners to eat 3 courses plus dessert and it is certainly not the fault of the diners themselves if the wait for the order (everything ordered with the initial order! no changes in progress) has reached/exceeded 2 hours. Overall good food, initial kindness of the staff, but evidently they are understaffed and this is reflected in the attitude of the staff, waiting times and organisation. We left them between €32 and €55 each (separate bill made by us, because they only make a single bill) with some pleasant surprises (e.g. very reasonable cost of coffee and cover charge, both at €1.8). Maybe on evenings other than Saturday the situation improves... but I certainly wouldn't go back on a Saturday.

Excellent Piedmontese cuisine.. but you can also find pizzas.. very suggestive place.. worth trying

We came on the recommendation of friends and right from the welcome we realized that the people who make up the staff of the restaurant are professional, kind and with an extreme love for the work they do, between a laugh and a joke, never intrusive, we had dinner, eating very well and finishing on a high note with their desserts! Really congratulations to everyone!.
