A casual yet elegant restaurant, open for several years, with grilled meats taking center stage. The decor is well-appointed but a bit dated; some of the furnishings could use a refresh. The meat is excellent, cooked to perfection, but the selection of side dishes and appetizers could perhaps be revised and expanded to offer something fresh and light, in addition to the (although excellent) buttery mashed potatoes or fried croquettes, which, however, don't pair well with the equally "buttery" cuts of meat. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Parking is easy to find, both in the area and in the designated parking lot.

The meats are tender, with that caramelized crust that makes you want another bite. Even the dishes and plating, minimal yet elegant, contribute to highlighting the raw ingredients. To round things off, the desserts don't disappoint: carefully crafted desserts with a variety of textures—from creams to sauces and crunchy notes—complete the experience without weighing you down, but leaving you feeling satisfied. We had a great time. We had lunch in a nice setting, the waiters were attentive enough, the meat was really good and cooked just right. I know I eat my meat overcooked, and I was satisfied even though the waiter pointed it out, as is only right. The pastrami was tasty; the fillet I ate was very good. My wife had a tartare and a steak. Be careful with the mashed potatoes; they're addictive! Let's ignore the table of crying children next to ours; the staff isn't to blame.

We went to this restaurant out of curiosity, as it participated in Borghese's 4 Restaurants competition, but it came in second. I have to say that, in my opinion, it probably deserved first place; the wagyu beef we ate was excellent. Cooked well, it melted in your mouth. Well done!
