Exceptional meat, with a truly remarkable variety of dishes and proposals.
I appreciated less the attempt to sell a cut of meat that no one at the table wanted, but everyone does their own job, the attempt is more than understandable.
I like the environment less, a little dark, but it's a matter of pure taste.
Excellent picanha, exceptional filet, excellent cuts of wagyu.

Chosen as an anniversary restaurant and never was a more appropriate choice.
Very large place with modern and linear furnishings with an initial part with a window facing the street with a bit of a showroom effect and a room called a gazebo with warmer, softer lights. Between the two rooms there is the spectacularly visible part of the grill. There are also refrigerators with meats on display.
I also really liked the choices of the crockery and the colors of the rooms
The menu rightly includes only meats of various cuts and origins, excellent and cooked to perfection, with a delicious crust. The side dishes are few but the purees are definitely worth trying. We took the tasting for three, choosing wonderful chorizo, crispy bacon and truffles.
As the meat we chose, following the advice of one of the waiters, the rib was divided between the two of us. Perfectly cooked, tasty and tender accompanied by a honey mustard suited to the dish.
We accompanied it with a barbera.
As an appetizer we tasted their specialty pastrami sandwich, delicious.
They also brought us 2 amazing mondeghili.

To conclude, I had a truly amazing tiramisu with cantucci dipped in vin santo, the other a chocolate and raspberry ingot.
A bitter and a passito to finish.
The service was fast and efficient, the guys were nice, helpful and present.
But the jewel in the crown is the excellent raw materials.
We will definitely return.
I recommend booking.

The meat was delicious and the atmosphere was nice.
I also saw a lot of famous people haha.
This restaurant is ideal for those looking for a meat restaurant but with a romantic and formal ambience.
The lighting is dim, the décor is nice and the song selection is interesting (perhaps the volume is a bit loud).
The waiter was very professional and qualified during the meat presentation.
The food was delicious and we would have given it 5 stars... but the quality of service throughout the dinner was erratic.
After ordering we struggled to communicate with the staff and they rarely asked if we needed anything.
Ordering drinks and desserts and asking for the bill was difficult. A real shame.
Dopo aver sentito parlare molto di questo ristorante, sono finalmente riuscito a fermarmi. Per motivo di lavoro ero nei pressi e non avuto esitazioni 😉. Confesso di essere carnivoro direi piuttosto esperto, avendo provato diverse tipologie di carne e diversi locali in lungo e in largo in Italia. Ho mangiato benissimo la carne scelta, gustosa e ben conta. Devo anche sottolineare un ottimo confronto con il titolare Massimo, che qualcuno dipinge schivo e burbero… forse hanno conosciuto qualcun’altro. Ovviamente è un valore aggiunto del locale che con passione ti spiega i particolari per gustare una ottima carne. Prezzo corretto. Consigliatissimo ci tornerò

Such a good find! The host was exceptional, kudos to her!
The atmosphere was great. The staff were all friendly.
The food was exceptional. The tasting menu was a very good choice. It was an exceptional food journey. It's one of the best tartar I've had, one of the best steaks I've had, and a really good selection of mash potato. Let's not forget the great cut of cured meat!
Would come here again and again!

No wonder they are appreciated in 101 best steak restaurant in the world . Outstanding wagyu meat quality, with superb way of cooking and very reasonable price. Their smoked mashed potato also very good!

Ho già scritto alcune recensioni e per me La Griglia di Varrone è sempre la prima scelta per mangiare carne a Milano.
Questa volta sono rimasto un po' sorpreso dal cameriere che girava per i tavoli, e lo ha fatto anche con me, con un tagliere con due costate o carne simile da proporre ai clienti. E' la prima volta che lo vedo o che ci faccio caso e per me fa un po' "ristorante di pesce anni 90" e toglie un po' di raffinatezza al locale ( x questo 4 pallini ) . Per il resto tutto buonissimo e pagato il giusto.
