It's very conveniently located if you're staying at Roccamare. The food was good and the prices were reasonable.

We visited the restaurant three times during our vacation and were very impressed each time. We particularly enjoyed the very friendly, almost cordial service. Even when we arrived very late in the evening, past the usual opening hours, they still served something delicious. "La Griglia" was reasonably priced, especially for the pizzas. However, I don't think €2 for a coperto per person is appropriate for the place.

The friendly and helpful staff makes the poor food quality seem insignificant. If I return, it's only for the waiters. The atmosphere could be improved, of course, considering the menu prices.

End-of-holiday dinner with the whole family...the restaurant was fully booked (booked two days in advance for 9 people). I expected a bit of a wait...but instead, I found excellent hospitality and service, prompt even though we had almost all ordered different dishes. The quality and price were truly top-notch.

Nice place, quite fast service and excellent food from meat to first courses, only the pizza we didn't have the chance to taste.....very kind staff, congratulations, we had a great time PS sweets 👍

Everything was delicious, especially the risotto and the hamburger, and the welcome was very friendly. I would definitely go back!

Quality food, warm welcome (the waiter was very friendly), simple but welcoming atmosphere, fast service, and a clean bathroom. It was even raining heavily, so the owner drove us home since we were on foot and without umbrellas.

18/05/2025: Ambiente familiare e pulito. Il proprietario Riccardo è molto disponibile e cortese, così come tutto lo staff. Al ristorante dell’hotel si possono gustare piatti tipici del territorio ed è possibile accedere anche da esterni, così come alla SPA. Nota di merito per quest’ultima, grande e curata nel dettaglio..un’esperienza davvero piacevole che consiglio vivamente per un momento di vero relax.
25/02/2025: Abbiamo usufruito di uno smartbox , lo consiglio vivamente, camera con vasca idromassaggio , possibilità di utilizzare la spa molto bella, (3 ore di relax a soli 60 euri a coppia )cena abbondante con cucina casalinga, colazione con crostata fatta in casa ( buonissima ) ,il titolare Massimo e il personale gentile .

Ugo’s Pub

15/10/2025: Ugo’s pub is tucked in a corner across the street from Hotel Conchiglia and near the marina. they have a pub menu (sandwiches and appetizers) as well as a dinner menu and a selection of beer and wine. i ordered the Frittura Di Paraza (Fried Calamari, Shrimp and small fish) from the dinner menu (€20) along with a Leffe Belgian Red Ale (€6) The dish was served with a basket or warm bread which appreciated because the main dish was not pleasant to eat. 😔 The bite sized fish were edible but the calamari was rubbery and the shrimp tiny! All of it was extremely salty! I wish i hadn’t gone there for my last meal in Porto Ercole. It’s important to note that they also charge each person an additional €2 to sit and eat.
10/09/2025: Very good quality home-made food, excellent fish, amazing place. I've been coming to Porto Ercole for 25 years but I've never been here. What a shame!
