Very good stay in general. The rooms and hallways are a little worn. Otherwise, great location. Breakfast worth it on the roof. Very good service, friendly and attentive.

I can't say anything bad, my experience was good from start to finish. The reception staff were charming, friendly, they explained everything to us without any problem, always attentive to getting us a taxi or informing us of bus lines. Incredible breakfast, you had all kinds of options, very grateful when health demands it, the menu is scarce but good. Terrace with wonderful views. Room with terrace, good views as well as the restaurant....... I could go on 🤗🤗 I will repeat without hesitation, Rome needs another visit

It was not what I expected, from a 5-star hotel, really. I think you should check the bathrooms. They need something fixed. The bed very comfortable. Pillows, need some change, Good breakfast. There is everything.

The hotel could be classified as three stars. Excellent location, but the rooms are modest and even have technical problems due to wear and tear. We did not find the courtesy set, replaced by rather minimal dispensers. There was no shower in the room, but only an uncomfortable bathtub. The breakfast, although served on the ninth floor of the hotel, is standard. Very close to Termini station and well served by the metro.

Excellent location, close to Termini station and metro entrance, if you can walk to all the tourist sites, Rome was made for walking! Coffee is excellent compared to other hotels we have been to in Rome.

No doubts if you are staying in Rome. Perfect hotel: central, elegant and clean. Friendly staff and everything very comfortable. Excellent food. The terrace is beautiful.

The real strong point is the staff at the reception. Giuseppe and Elodie were fantastic at giving that touch of class and experience to make this hotel a 5 star. Also thanks to the staff at breakfast.

The hotel is located in a strategic position, 5 minutes walk from the Termini station and 10/15 minutes from the most well-known archaeological and monumental sites. The staff at the reception were welcoming and available for various needs. The products at breakfast are varied with sweet, savory and fruit, some appreciable, others a little less. The waiters are kind and polite. The room assigned to us was not adequate, not very spacious, the bathroom obsolete and dated with a noisy toilet flush. The window of the room overlooks an internal courtyard with a view of iron staircases and various scrap metal.
