Everything is fine. A shower holder in the bathroom would be nice. The Wi-Fi in the room is weak.

A rather disappointing stay for a 4-star hotel.
The reception was particularly poor: the staff were unfriendly, unsmiling, and decidedly unwelcoming. When it came time to pay the tourist tax, we were asked for €60, even though our booking details clearly stated that the local tax payable on arrival was €45. I had to insist they check, and they finally admitted it was indeed €45. It's not very reassuring to have to verify this kind of thing yourself.
We also mentioned that it was very hot in the room and that there was no air conditioning, but the reception offered no solution and showed little interest.
The rooms are adequate but still quite average for an establishment of this standard.
On the other hand, the staff at dinner and breakfast were perfect: very pleasant and professional. The same goes for the bar staff, who were very friendly and even offered us a free shot. Special mention to Paolo at the bar for his kindness and hospitality; we really appreciated it.
Overall, it's still quite average for a 4-star hotel, especially due to the reception staff.

The room was outdated; we only had heating, and it seemed to be broken. In Italy, 4-star hotels aren't really 4 stars. The pub across the street was open until 2 a.m. with loud music. The rooms are poorly soundproofed; you can hear people walking by on the landing. They still open the doors with a key. A serious renovation is needed.

Headline: Rome, Bells, and Wi-Fi in the Most Unexpected Place
The location is simply perfect—the only thing better is staying in the Colosseum itself. The view from the restaurant is so breathtaking that it's easy to forget about the food (but you shouldn't).
What I remember:
* The bed: It's so huge that it easily accommodates a small soccer team or five adults. You can lose the person you're talking to on the other side of the mattress.
* Atmosphere: The bells ring at 10 a.m., reminding you that you're in Rome and not hibernating. There was roadwork going on outside overnight, but the double-glazed windows and a couple of glasses of Italian wine (crossed out)—the highlights of the day—helped me sleep like a baby.
* Breakfast: Hearty, delicious, and very dangerous for the waistline. The staff is amazing.
Nuances:
The TV is oddly positioned, and the bathroom requires some acrobatic skills. But come on, who goes to Rome to watch TV?
Main Quest: The internet in the room is truly introverted; it's almost nonexistent. The only place where the signal works perfectly is the restroom. So if you see someone taking too long to leave the restroom, know that they're simply uploading photos of the Trevi Fountain.
Result: These little things don't spoil the overall picture. The place is magnificent!

Headline: Rome, Church Bells, and the Secret Wi-Fi Spot
The location is unbeatable—unless you manage to rent a room inside the Colosseum itself. The view from the restaurant is so breathtaking you might forget to actually eat.
Highlights:
* The Bed: It's massive. You could easily fit a small football team or five adults on it. I almost needed a GPS to find my way to the other side of the mattress.
* The Vibe: At 10 AM, the church bells ring to remind you that you're in Rome and it's time for espresso. There were some roadworks at night, but between the double-glazed windows and the sheer exhaustion from sightseeing, I slept like a rock.
* Breakfast & Staff: The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the staff is top-notch. Truly 10/10.
The Quirks:
The TV placement is a bit creative, and the bathroom layout requires some light gymnastics. But then again, who goes to Rome to watch television?
The Internet Quest:
The Wi-Fi in the room is quite shy—the signal is very weak. Curiously, the only place it works perfectly is the toilet. So, if you see someone spending an hour in the bathroom, don't worry—they're just uploading their Trevi Fountain photos.
The Verdict: None of this spoils the overall experience. A fantastic stay!

This was a business trip for me, but the hotel is also perfect for a leisure stay. You absolutely must have breakfast on the 9th floor rooftop; the view is incredible and the staff very friendly. The rooms and bedding are comfortable. The hotel is also just a few minutes' walk from Termini Station. The value for money in Rome is simply perfect.

It has a perfect location. I just recommend you check the room you choose, because if you pick one of the cheaper or discounted ones, it might not be very good. But the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Preferably choose one with a window. The location is very good, close to Termini train station, just a few minutes away when you arrive, and many buses pass right in front of the hotel when you leave.
