Excellent food. Prices seem a bit high at first glance, even for Champoluc, but considering the portions and quality, they're absolutely justified. The wine list is extensive. Congratulations!

As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a kind and friendly welcome. Excellent dishes, freshly prepared. The place is welcoming and spotlessly clean. The prices are fair. I will definitely be back.

During our stay in Champoluc, we ate at La Grange twice. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was sublime! The person who presented the menu and served us was very friendly. I would gladly return.

Top-of-the-line restaurant in the valley, it competes with another top-rated establishment in Champoluc, but here, along with the excellent cuisine with superb dishes, the atmosphere and the hospitality of Mattia and his staff complete and perfect the experience. We always return twice every time we're in these parts.

If you're looking for a place to eat really well, authentically, everything homemade with art and passion, and with super friendly and professional staff, La Grange is the best place you'll find in the Ayas Valley. Excellent choice for vegetarians too. Honorable mention goes to the Crottin, the polenta concia, and the strudel—truly special. Book well in advance because the place is appropriately small and well-kept. A heartfelt thanks to the guys, you're amazing. Respect! ❤️

A traditional restaurant in a refined yet distinctive setting. The food is excellent; you'll need a bit of patience, but the dishes are always freshly made. Reservations are required.

15/11/2025: One of the best osterias I have been to in Italy, and I have been to a lot. Fantastic local produce, clean flavours, great execution, reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
13/11/2025: It's an osteria, or rather a restaurant, in a charming village 700 meters above sea level in the Aosta Valley. It's all stone, with a fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere. The lady who runs the dining room is friendly, and the dishes are all fresh and delicious. We had a lard platter with chestnuts, polenta concia, and two plates of straccetti with creamed toma cheese and leeks, both excellent. For dessert, a delicious pistachio tiramisu. Coffee, water, and a beer for two cost €70. Everything was good, so I think the bill was reasonable. I recommend it.

29/09/2025: Excellent refuge: spotlessly clean, generous dinner, and excellent breakfast at very reasonable prices. The staff is truly friendly, the best we've encountered in the entire Gran Paradiso area. An excellent starting point for excursions in the national park.
