I was passing through Gioia del Colle and I found this pizzeria on Google, I must say I was satisfied, really good pizza and quality products, various types of dough, from Bari to Neapolitan and cereals, I definitely recommend it .

The pizza is excellent, the menu is rich from appetizers to the wine list. The selection of desserts is a bit limited but they are not at all obvious. Everything is very nice, even the booking app, really well made and thought out. BUT only one flaw. On Saturday evenings you can't eat on a timer: they preferred takeaway and we still waited a bit to receive the pizzas; we enjoyed them because they were really excellent, when choosing the dessert we were told: - you only have 10 minutes then you have to clear the table. So without prejudice to the excellent place and the excellent quality of the pizza BUT on Saturday evening a customer cannot eat on a timer! Sorry but, in my opinion, it is bad customer management as well as downright rudeness.
