A positive experience, good pizzas with long rising times and specialty flours: whole grain, whole wheat, or white. The best is made with good, varied ingredients. You can eat inside or outside under an elegant gazebo. The desserts are good, but the gelato is not.

Welcoming place, fast service, so much so that the pizzas arrived just 10 minutes after ordering. Well-topped, easy-to-digest dough, and in my opinion, the best in Gioia del Colle.

I needed a suitable place for a dinner with friends, and I must say everyone was satisfied with the choice. The pizza was excellent, whether the dough was traditional, i.e., Bari-style, or Neapolitan, and the platter was substantial but not overbearing. We were assigned a separate room where no one disturbed us.
Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the very kind young woman who served us promptly and politely. All good, well done everyone.

While on vacation in Puglia near Gioia del Colle, we found this pizzeria truly interesting. Numerous pizzas with a choice of dough, high-quality ingredients, starting with mozzarella or burrata, sourced directly from local dairies. Simple but attentive service. We enjoyed the platter filled with local specialties and pizzas. Very good value for money. I highly recommend it, especially for the wood-fired oven.

The pizza is very good, not perfect, but consistently high quality, especially the Neapolitan dough. The service is friendly but sometimes a little confused, but overall, nothing to complain about. I'm a regular customer and they've never disappointed me.

We dined at this pizzeria three nights in a row, offering exceptional value for money. High-quality, locally sourced ingredients. We had pizza and various appetizers, all very good. The price was below average, and I highly recommend trying it. We're from Ancona, so we'll be back soon.

We had dinner on Saturday evening, making a reservation for 8:45 PM (specifying a table inside) via the dedicated app.
Unfortunately, despite this being our third dinner at this pizzeria, I can't give it more than 4 stars because, upon arrival, we waited until 9:20 PM for a table outside, in a gazebo covered with plastic sheets. It was freezing cold, and the stove was broken! The pizza and sandwich arrived at 10:22 PM.
We nibbled a bit and left because we were two popsicles!
No complaints about the quality of the pizza—excellent ingredients and a very light and tasty dough—but the wait, and especially the cold, ruined the evening! We didn't get to enjoy our dinner; in fact, we ate half a portion and took the rest away in a takeout box! Unfortunately, you can't sit in the cold for over an hour. I hope next time, if there is one, they'll pay more attention to their customers!
