My experience was quite mixed: on the one hand, the waiters were really kind and attentive, but on the other, it wasn't exactly a great experience because the Picanha was inedible. Completely greasy and full of sinew, it was truly uneatable. The appetizer tartare was good and prepared in front of you by a truly professional and super kind waiter, and the tiramisu was no tiramisu. Even though my dish was taken away by another waiter to whom I hadn't said anything, the waiter who had served us came to me to ask if the meat was good (he had certainly been warned), a sign of great professionalism. And when I answered directly, he confirmed that they had purchased the wrong cut (which is understandable). The only exception is that there's no formal communication with the owner or manager, because in a situation like this you have to offer at least another main course or at least a dessert, not a coffee, which I obviously declined for personal reasons. The restaurant is very large, and I'm sorry for this negative experience, considering it's a nice restaurant.

I stopped in for lunch for the third time in a few months. Excellent food; I recommend the "cutuleta alla milanese." The deconstructed cannoli is simply exceptional. The staff is top-notch. Kind and helpful. The coffee is also good; which is certainly not a given.

Despite its touristy nature, I found this restaurant to be of the highest standard. The service was truly appreciated: attentive and ready to offer advice. The dishes are truly well-prepared and creative. The cotoletta is phenomenal.

Three stars is the right rating for a lunch menu

We regularly visit this restaurant when we have guests for lunch. The service is extremely professional and fast, which is definitely an added bonus. At lunch, the menu is very varied, with the option of a single dish with a first course, second course, and side dish at a reasonable price.

Very delicious food with a perfect taste and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
