I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long, long time, and today I finally did. AMAZING! The cuisine here is a continuous flow of flavors and emotions, starting with the texture of the ingredients used and culminating in the perfection of the first bite. The service is characterized by an above-average level of preparation, professionalism, kindness, courtesy, and above all, a great deal of friendliness! This is an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and genuine feelings that tell the story of Umbrian and Roman food and wine. Dishes rich in flavors that linger on the palate, but above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the raw ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Flavors that evoke aromas that bring to mind places and the magic of certain dishes are the experience I love when evaluating a restaurant. Here, EVERY dish is executed to perfection, and this gives a clear idea of ​​the level of quality you can experience in this temple of excellence. But...Ladies and gentlemen, two dishes deserve special mention: One is the carbonara. It is something transcendental, beyond any culinary canon. It is very likely one of the top five I've ever tasted in my life. There's no need to describe the dish; you MUST try it. The other dish is an appetizer: buffalo mozzarella from Campania with béchamel cream and black truffle. This dish is absolutely addictive...ABUSE IT WITHOUT LIMITS! Everything in this restaurant is a perfect symposium of flavors and aromas that inebriate the senses, the heart, and the soul. The incredible balance of each dish is further enhanced by the spectacular skill of those who use their talent in the kitchen. Every dish that landed on the table was a culmination of flavor. The pasta, strictly homemade, had a perfect consistency, cooked to perfection. The red wine was excellent. Delicate, fresh, firm, and with a persistent depth on the palate and a decisive finish, it pushes all the flavors with every bite, blending perfectly with the ingredients. In the glass, it strikes with its intense and vibrant color. On the nose, the aromas of red fruits and hints of woodland inebriate the senses. What can I say...I'll be back to try more dishes. Kudos to this wonderful place and to its creators who, with passion, love, and skill, manage to make everyone who decides to enter their delightful little restaurant happy. Flawless, outstanding local spot with simple dishes executed perfectly. The restaurant gives family vibes in a beautiful setting, the pasta and sausages were absolute highlights. Highly recommended, we arrived early and got a table but there were queues by the time we left so call and book so you dont miss out.

A simple yet original atmosphere, a limited but excellent selection of dishes, and a friendly and courteous staff. It's a place where you can feel the warmth of human contact, a rarity these days.

Wow, we had such a wonderful time here. The food was amazing, and the hosts made us feel like we were in a warm, welcoming place. No sales or pushy behavior, just lovely, authentic people. We were so impressed that we drove another two hours the next day just to eat here again. And we didn't regret it. This restaurant, the people, and the delicious food will stay with us forever. If we're ever in the area again, or if we have to drive a little longer, we'll definitely do so. Because it's more than worth it. Thank you for these two wonderful evenings, and the delicious sausage.

The owner, a friendly and authentic character, welcomed us, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food? Extraordinary: authentic flavors, genuine dishes, great attention to local produce and ingredients. The location is welcoming and well-kept, the staff extremely kind and efficient.
