More than positive experience Competent and friendly staff Excellent food Aosta Valley Polenta good to fly away Fine local wines Just a note: I would make more use of the fried frogs by serving them with a salad rather than French fries with ketchup

Immediately welcomed by a waitress who at my request 'trolled' me with a prank saying that unfortunately there was no place available while we were the first (but how?), she pleasantly put me at ease and for the entire duration of the experience Gabella moved well. I liked the salad, rich, the glass of white was excellent, only notes on the times, a little too long, and the bill for how much was consumed seemed above average to me. The environment was beautiful, we were welcomed outside and had a good time despite the (abnormal) heat of the period.

11/01/2025: I work...but both the location and the structure with their exceptional staff!! Well done
06/01/2025: I have visited the hotel for their SPA, since ours did not have one. After a day on the slopes, it was heaven. The outdoor jacuzzi, the sauna, the inside pool, the whole atmosphere, worthy it all. But what was really “therapeutic” for me was the 1hour relaxing massage, performed by Ylenia, if I rember correctly her name. Her hands and presence are the main reason for my 5 star review.

07/12/2024: Welcoming atmosphere and excellent dishes!!! Friendly and welcoming staff. Both rooms are very beautiful and characteristic. Targeted advice on wine!
24/08/2024: Wine bar with cuisine with a suggestive atmosphere as it is positioned inside (table service) inside the Pilato castle. Young and courteous guys, excellent wine and desserts. The only thing that didn't drive me crazy was the starter, a hot goat cheese with cherry tomatoes, onion, hazelnuts and quinoa. Advised!
