Placing and processing my order went very smoothly. The menu offers something for everyone, with a wide selection of dishes. I recommend it to anyone who wants to sample Italian cuisine.

Even fennel, which I usually avoid, became a pleasure thanks to a delicate, fragrant marinade. The mussels, bathed in a lively tomato sauce dotted with fresh herbs, begged to be savored with crusty bread. The octopus and potato salad, deceptively simple, revealed a perfect balance of acidity, saltiness, and softness. In a place this busy, keeping such quality night after night is no small feat. The place is a well-established restaurant; The team, who have been working here for years, exudes both confidence and warmth. The seafood entrée was a feast in itself: plump and fresh oysters, silky slices of tuna and salmon carpaccio, sweet and tender shrimp, and octopus prepared with a meticulous marinade where every flavor found its place. Fennel, which I normally avoid, took on a whole new flavor this time with a light and aromatic sauce. The mussels were prepared so harmoniously with the slightly acidic tomato sauce and fresh herbs that I wanted to savor every last drop with the accompanying bread. The octopus and potato salad, meanwhile, was simple in appearance but perfectly balanced in flavor; acidity, saltiness, and tenderness were a perfect blend. Simply fantastic! We were passing through. Super delicious pizza here at fair prices, and very child-friendly service. We were completely satisfied.

La Foresta is a restaurant where time stands still, where the quality of the food and hospitality has remained the same for years. Excellent for tourists, but also for those seeking tradition and quality "suited" to Italians. It certainly deserves the title of best restaurant in the Colombare area.

Bel locale: posti sia all’interno che all’esterno. Personale veloce e attento. Forno a legna: pizza perfettamente cotta. In alternativa primi, secondi… Pesce buono.

Piatti abbondanti e ben eseguiti. Staff accogliente, cordiale e preparato, con un servizio in tempi rapidi nonostante fosse quasi al completo. Ha posti disponibili sia all'interno che all'esterno. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
