A little slice of escape from the world. Go in, order a drink and then find one of the many little hideaways that will take you away from the world outside. Good value, friendly staff and chill vibes. Oh and 2 super chill cats! Thanks for the drinks, a core memento of our Italian road trip!

A small oasis in the heart of Borghetto. A few steps from the bridge, we found ourselves in a place out of time. Relaxed atmosphere, music, plants everywhere. Perfect for a break, away from the frenzy.

La Biga

01/05/2025: A fixed point when I'm out and about and don't feel like cooking. At the Biga pizzeria I tasted all the offerings. Pizza, loaf, shirt. I change every time, but the loaf and shirt remain my favourites, for a bit of a change. Crispy pasta and not at all "choppy" as is now fashionable in the city and in the vicinity of La Biga itself. Always fresh ingredients. Fast and friendly service in a quiet area just outside the centre. Absolutely recommended!
30/04/2025: Excellent pizzas! The string and the shirt in particular!! Cooked perfectly!! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Marcello and the staff are always friendly and nice.
