Have been eating at some great restaurants in Italy, and this has been the best. Food is incredible. Simple, yet super creative (tough combination!). Location could be a little challenging, but the food is absolutely worth it.

A rare restaurant nowadays. I have eaten at the Fermata on numerous occasions and every time it is a guarantee. Refined and tasty dishes where the fusion between innovation and tradition manages to satisfy every type of palate. Excellent quality-price not only for the raw material but also for the service, the mise en place, the beginning and the sweet conclusion of the meal: the entrees and the small pastries. I highly recommend.
