A rare restaurant nowadays. I have eaten at the Fermata on numerous occasions and every time it is a guarantee. Refined and tasty dishes where the fusion between innovation and tradition manages to satisfy every type of palate. Excellent quality-price not only for the raw material but also for the service, the mise en place, the beginning and the sweet conclusion of the meal: the entrees and the small pastries. I highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant, well prepared dishes and high quality food. Riccardo Aiachini is a very successful chef and Tiziana is also a great professional in the dining room. I highly recommend it to everyone.
