A very high level pizzeria, where the food and service are truly excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the proposals on the menu and I wanted to try a fusion creation, between oriental cuisine and pizza: really delicious!

One of the most renowned pizzerias in Tuscany, it fully meets expectations, both for the quality of the pizza, the fried foods and the innovative proposals, such as the pizza-based fusion uramaki (amazing), and for the kindness of the staff. I especially recommend the authentic pizza "La maio", one of their flagships. Very interesting (and rare) is the fact that you can choose between "real" dough (contemporary Neapolitan) and the low and crunchy one. Truly an excellent restaurant, highly recommended for those visiting Pistoia.

Delicious pizza. Upon request, any pizza is available with a gluten-free dough. However, there is contamination in the kitchen, making it not 100% safe.

I have known La Fenice for a year and it has won me over: I come here with my group of friends as a regular appointment.
Refined pizzas starting first of all from the choice of excellent raw materials, then moving on to the chef's ability to make excellent combinations.
I always eat pizza here, but I promised myself to also try the appetizers and something from the sushi corner.
Very kind staff, ready to welcome demanding customers like me 😂.

Esperienza deludente. Il fritto napoletano era composto da un crocche’ privo di sale e senza sapore, da un arancino che era solo una palla di riso non condito e dalla frittatina di pasta che non era altro se non un mestolo di salsa nel quale galleggiavano pochi fili di bucatini. La pizza, morbida e soffice, era pero’ priva di sapore pur essendo ricca di ingredienti. Infine una domanda, a che titolo si chiedono 2,50 euro per il coperto se l’apparecchiatura si limita ad un tovagliolo e ad un quadratino di plastica su cui si appoggiano le posate?
