We decided to book here, because we wanted to try a different evening from the usual pizzeria. The place looks good, but there are far too many seats, there was a lot of confusion and in the end everyone inevitably has to raise their voices to be heard. As an appetizer we took the pasta omelettes, they would have been excellent if the inside hadn't been barely warm. The pizzas with the real dough were very good and well seasoned, however the thin dough had probably not been cooked very well, it was difficult to cut it from the start, the bottom was pale. The desserts were fresh, with an excellent flavour, too bad they ran out of snowflakes. The staff were friendly and efficient. Perhaps it would be appropriate to take fewer reservations so as to make the atmosphere more relaxed and better follow the execution of the dishes, given the prices that are not exactly like those of a neighborhood pizzeria.

Pizzeria no. 1 in Pistoia without a shadow of a doubt. Light and well-leavened dough, unusual and refined combinations. High quality raw materials. Various proposals on the menu that satisfy all tastes. Excellent desserts too. Rightly an institution in our city.

Spectacular and tasty two-way pizza. The only flaw for celiacs who will have to deal with the gluten-free solution in the form of a pre-cooked external base, low and flat with a neutral taste, not biscuity and of medium softness, which personally I consider just sufficient and not worthy of the supplement. Left a suggestion of a supplier of wonderful pizza bases from Perugia with its own "longevia" chain and shop on the following net address basebenepizza point kom. Good luck with your research on this front too! Thank you for the excellent gluten-free beer, even if its price was perhaps a little inundated with culinary stars. Pizzeria n° 30 per 50 top pizza, locale molto bello ed elegante, menù curato e ricco di proposte, tra antipasti, pizze in tripla cottura, pizze classiche, gourmet ed addirittura la pizza Sushi. Abbiamo cominciato con due frittatine, una con pasta e patate e l'altra amatriciana, entrambe molto equilibrate nel gusto, forse un po' piccole per il prezzo (6€), seguite da un ottimo crocchè. Come pizze abbiamo scelto una margherita con Bufala ed una Montanara con pomodoro, mozzarella di bufala, salsiccia e funghi. Ingredienti di prima qualità, impasto leggerissimo, avremmo potuto mangiare un' altra tranquillamente. Il servizio è stato molto cordiale, i prezzi sono più alti della media, ma la qualità c'è e si sente. Sicuramente lo consiglio!

Ho trascorso una piacevole serata in compagnia di amici in questa Pizzeria contemporanea a Pistoia. Il locale risulta un po' piccolo visto il successo riscosso . Il servizio all'inizio è stato un po' lento ma dopo le prime portate tornato nella normalità. Personale giovane , preparato; i due titolari sempre presenti e disponibili a chiarimenti sugli ingredienti ed accostamenti proposti. Ottima la pizza tripla cottura e gli uramaki; buone anche la varietà di pizze contemporanee offerte sia nella versione verace che sottile . Buoni e ben presentati anche i dolci. I prezzi nella media considerando il locale e gli ingredienti offerti. Sicuramente da consigliare e ritornare.
