I had good expectations about the pizza but unfortunately I left disappointed. I got the real hoax. The dough is quite good with a nice high crust but in my opinion the cooking was completely wrong. The pizza arrived to me with the bottom almost completely burnt and the inside a little chewy. I could have sent it back but since there were a lot of us and it was already 11pm I didn't want to wait any longer to eat (but we know how bad it can be to eat all that burnt black).
Unfortunately, it wasn't just mine that burned.

The Phoenix is always a confirmation. The appetizers are nothing short of sensational, perhaps more so than the pizza itself, which is still really good. Note of merit to the “Sacher” panettone made by them, I really liked it. At the end they also gave us a little discount which never hurts. Passed with full marks.

Excellent experience, seasoned with the courtesy of the owner himself and the staff.
Location and menu not cheap, but suitable for occasions in which a simple pizza becomes a moment to share to experiment with unexpected preparations in a refined and attentive atmosphere.

Let me start by saying that we came from Florence with sky-high expectations. The crazy uramaki, the trio of montanarine to die for, the absolutely delicious slices of air. Every bite is a unique experience. Spectacular pizza. We will definitely be back to test the rest of the menu!

Welcoming and well-kept environment, friendly and professional staff. Within the menu it is possible to choose between classic and gourmet pizzas (the latter cannot be modified). The choice of combinations and general quality of the ingredients is excellent, especially among the gourmet pizzas.
Price not cheap but widely proportionate to the quality of the service offered.

Abbiamo iniziato selezionando un pò di frittatine di pasta e altri fritti, che ci sono piaciute tutte, qualcuna più di altre. Le pizze le abbiamo prese tutte con impasto verace, anche se pure quello romano era da provare. Abbiamo preso tre pizze un pò più particolari e ci sono piaciute tutte, molto equilibrate come gusti. Uramaki di pizza deludente, più pane che condimento, anche in rapporto al prezzo non ne vale la pena. Dolci buono ma piccolini. Prezzo abbastanza altino per una pizza e per altre portate del menù. Complessivamente buono e vale la pena provarlo.
