Many specialties and a wealth of culinary expertise. A place where you can find innovation and tradition. I personally loved the pizza uramaki, and a special mention goes to the pizza with amberjack and truffle... Fabulous! We'll definitely be back for more.

I went to this pizzeria with my friends and it was a pleasant surprise. We started with the sushi pizza, a delicacy. Then we continued with the fried pizzas, delicious, and finished with a pizza each. The dough was soft, crumbly, and melt-in-the-mouth; it's just a shame it wasn't very flavorful. The toppings were exquisite, top-quality. We all had some digestive issues, with bloated stomachs and extreme thirst (signs of improper dough leavening/maturing). The place was very beautiful and well-kept. The staff was very kind and always available, as well as attentive. We'll be back to try other pizzas. Congratulations 👏

Eating pizza at La Fenice in Pistoia is a true culinary journey, an experience worth the trip from Florence. The ingredients are perfectly paired, the cooking is sublime, every pizza I've tasted has a story to tell, simply incredible. The service is excellent: attentive, punctual, fast, and discreet, and the atmosphere is lovely. The tiramisu baba is also excellent. The price is fair for everything they offer; I repeat, the ingredients are excellent, the cured meats are fantastic, and you can sense an obsessive attention to detail.

We opted for the five-course tasting menu and were literally transported on a journey of unique and sophisticated flavors, textures, and combinations. Each bite was an explosion of taste, a true discovery. The pizzas are masterpieces of creativity, made with top-quality ingredients that you can taste at first bite. The dough is simply fabulous: light, digestible, and with a perfect consistency. You can sense an extraordinary level of research and passion. The location is modern, elegant, and spotlessly clean, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff deserves a special mention: everyone was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, guiding us through this experience with professionalism and a smile. Without a doubt, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. A place to return to and recommend with all my heart to anyone looking to try something truly special. I think it's the best pizzeria in Pistoia. The restaurant is very unique and welcoming, as are the staff, who managed to find us a table within 10 minutes of our call. I found the pizza dough very digestible, and it was cooked perfectly.

Siamo stati qui con amici, il locale è carino, ben organizzato. Il servizio è stato preciso e veloce. Abbiamo preso quegli antipasti e pizza. La terrina prima è molto buona, impasti pizza leggeri. Per me unico problema che fondamentalmente è solo basato su impasti e quindi diventa un po’ troppo pesante e magari risulta difficile apprezzare a pieno la pizza. Sicuramente tornerò per provare la pizza classica, la contemporanea buona ma perdi il senso stesso della pizza.
