La Fenice In Pistoia

We went there for dinner on April 25th and had two pizzas at the same time. I had higher expectations and probably I didn't make the right choice. I will go back to try other dishes.

The pizzas are special, the dough is well leavened and the products are of excellent quality.

Numbers 1. Manuel, besides being a genius, is humble, kind and hospitable. Thanks to his colleagues he interprets his imagination and can give an experience outside of a "normal" pizzeria. Truly a Michelin star, incredible that they haven't recognized it yet! Thanks

Very high level restaurant, wide choice of pizzas, from classic to the most particular and contemporary. You can choose the dough for your pizza between the classic Verace style (Neapolitan), the thinner version (Tuscan style) or even the Pala version (Roman style). Courteous and professional staff, good choice of wines and craft beers, excellent and quality desserts. The only flaw: the coffee is not exactly unforgettable (lukewarm and with little aroma). For the rest, excellent place, highly recommended.

Abbiamo provato la pizza blu e pere con formaggio blu del Mugello, pere e noci e la pizza special guest con crudo, burrata, nocciole e scaglie di tartufo. Una nota di merito va a quella blu e pere, non amo le pizze particolari ma questa l’ho trovata veramente buona. Abbiamo assaggiato anche gli uramaki con tartar di fassona e i dolci della pasticceria Faccendi di Quarrata. Tutto molto buono. Il prezzo alla fine è onesto: per un piatto di uramaki diviso in 4, una pizza, una bevuta e un dolce a testa abbiamo speso 33,50€ a testa. Da provare.

Pizzeria n° 30 per 50 top pizza, locale molto bello ed elegante, menù curato e ricco di proposte, tra antipasti, pizze in tripla cottura, pizze classiche, gourmet ed addirittura la pizza Sushi. Abbiamo cominciato con due frittatine, una con pasta e patate e l'altra amatriciana, entrambe molto equilibrate nel gusto, forse un po' piccole per il prezzo (6€), seguite da un ottimo crocchè. Come pizze abbiamo scelto una margherita con Bufala ed una Montanara con pomodoro, mozzarella di bufala, salsiccia e funghi. Ingredienti di prima qualità, impasto leggerissimo, avremmo potuto mangiare un' altra tranquillamente. Il servizio è stato molto cordiale, i prezzi sono più alti della media, ma la qualità c'è e si sente. Sicuramente lo consiglio!
