Great discovery, high level Parma pork butchery, try the culatello strolghino, good bread and focaccia (and it's not so obvious) the mascarpone with super chocolate! The staff are kind and always smiling, having lunch in such an environment really brings a good mood!! Well done!!!!

The Fattoria di Parma is a paradise for those who love and want to satisfy their desire for HIGH quality cured meats but what makes it a truly unique place is the extraordinary kindness of the staff. A special thank you goes to Rebecca, whose kindness and beauty leave you breathless, who welcomed us and followed us with various advice throughout the lunch, making it truly pleasant. We ate and drank so well that after the first platter, full of cured meats and cheeses of all kinds, we asked for an encore. We weren't able to taste the first courses they offered but by peeking at the nearby tables we realized that those must have been delicious too. The bread basket that accompanies the cured meats is rich and varied and satisfies every palate. The desserts made by them closed the lunch on a high note. The value for money is truly top. Impeccable cleanliness. Absolutely worth trying. We will definitely be back.

Nothing less than the nearby Culatelleria Rossi, but on the other hand you find a place here and the staff is friendly. And it's cheaper too.

Perche’, come scritto da loro, non sono ristoratori, ma se capitate da quelle parti fermatevi, svoltate, parcheggiate e godete! Il locale e’ un paradiso per gli occhi di chi, come me, ama gli insaccati e i formaggi, c’e’ ogni ben di Dio e anche di più’. L’ antipasto misto e’ un trionfo di sapori e, su tutti, c’e’ la culatta di zibello: divina! Servizio veloce e molto cortese con la possibilità di comprare tutto ciò che si e’ mangiato. Conto non economico ma ne vale la pena.
