Stopover on the way out of the Cesena Nord motorway exit, 12 km away is this kingdom of cured meats. Tastings of culatta and culatello platters, perfectly fresh Lambrusco, hot toasted bread that accompanies the freshly plated delicacies. It's absolutely worth stopping by. In the shop everything tastes like Romagna, stroleghini, culacce, tortelli, culatello, felino... Parmesan, you lose your mind. We arrived at an intermediate time (3pm) and it went well, not very crowded (usually quite popular). Upon reservation you can visit the production with a final tasting. Great place to break any diet.
