Siamo stati ospiti dell’albergo giusto di fronte ed abbiamo scelto il ristorante principalmente per la comodità, tuttavia si è rivelata un’esperienza eccezionale. Pazzesca la battuta al coltello. I quadrotti al castelmagno e tartufo, una chicca da non perdere. Imperdibile anche tagliata. Insomma, voto 10 a tutto il menù. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo

05/12/2024: Very nice restaurant in the historic center, we have been frequenting it for years now and it is certainly among the best in Cuneo: excellent raw materials, an excellent chef constantly looking for new proposals, a well-stocked cellar enhanced by the advice of the sommeliers, friendly and precise service. The icing on the cake: an outdoor area set up in the internal courtyard, almost fairytale-like, truly evocative on summer evenings. The rooms are clean and well-kept, furnished with taste and attention to detail, complete with all accessories and equipped with very comfortable beds. The entire structure is designed and managed according to a "slow" and green philosophy.
28/11/2024: We had dinner here as a family. First of all I highly recommend this place to anyone. The elegant room, exceptional and extensive wine list, seasonal menu with many special treats and above all suitable for every taste from vegetarian to carnivore. The waiters are very kind and prepared. The dishes were delicious and beautiful. Everything is studied down to the smallest detail and for those who love details, they will find a lot of them here. Well done! ✨
