The place was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a shame that we ordered a first course and a second course to split and the second course arrived first and then the first course without us being told anything about the mix-up and not even being brought some bread unless we asked for it.

Celiacs, let yourself be surprised! Before catching a plane at dawn we stop in Bitonto for the night. The choice for dinner falls on this place which, although not listed here, offers (very high quality) food, including gluten-free ones. And alas, my celiac disease guides the whole family's out-of-home food choices. The place is simple, very noisy in case of happenings and parties, but welcoming. The friendly staff. We are offered a mixed hot fish appetizer and we willingly accept. Everything, including bread, pizza and fried foods, is gluten-free. Except fried foods, gluten-free. Except for a few slips on the sponging of the cod, everything was very good, with some points of excellence (oyster, octopus and leavened products). The final bill is a bit expensive and, above all, there is little transparency in a cumulative receipt with only the total figure. So, in summary: good... but also pay attention to these details, especially with foreigners. V

Prima di prendere un aereo all'alba ci fermiamo a Bitonto per la notte. La scelta per la cena ricade su questo locale che, sebbene non sia segnalato qui, offre cibi (di altissima qualità) anche senza glutine. E aimè, la mia celiachia guida le scelte alimentari fuoricasa di tutta la famiglia. Il locale è semplice, molto rumoroso in caso di happening e festicciole, ma accogliente. Il personale cordiale. Ci viene proposto un misto antipasti di pesce caldi e di buon grado accettiamo. Il tutto, pane, pizza e fritti compresi, senza glutine. Salvo qualche scivolone sulla spugnatura del baccalà, tutto molto buono, con alcune punte di eccellenza (ostrica, polipetti e lievitati). Un po' oneroso il conto finale e, soprattutto, poca trasparenza in uno scontrino cumulativo con cifra solo del totale. Quindi, riassumendo: bravi...ma attenti anche a questi dettagli, soprattutto con i forestieri. V

A beautiful day spent in "La Dolce Vita" for my parents' anniversary. Lorenzo, with his preparation, welcomes us and illustrates every single course, or rather the edible works of art that only an artist like Angela can create. Innovative flavors and combinations, a sign of study, refinement and passion and at the first taste you can perceive how much work and dedication is behind it. Furthermore, the quality and freshness of the products is very high, as there is nothing frozen. We will definitely return to Lorenzo and Angela who deserve so much and to whom we hope to make as many people appreciate their dishes thanks to their culinary innovation.
