La Divina Pizza In Firenze

After a long walk to get pizza for dinner yesterday, Saturday, it was closed! And Google said "Open." What a disappointment!

Bread was amazing! The owner is adorable and provides excellent service. Food is fresh and delicious.

The pizza was very good and the lady was very nice. I’m not giving 5* because I believe that paying a mandatory €5 of service for an order of €15 is way to steep

Pizzas like those in Jaén, and don't rush me. It took 35 minutes to get my pizzas. And there were 7 or 8 customers at 3 tables. To make matters worse, they served pizza to a table that arrived about 15 minutes later than mine. I don't know if I'll return to Florence, but if I did, I don't think I'd go back to this pizzeria. I feel a little bad about that comment, but it's the truth.

The pizza is delicious, both by the slice and round make a great impression, I recommend in particular trying the one by the slice with vegetables, mozzarella and cream of potatoes and turmeric. We dined at the tables outside which are few, but in my opinion they are an added value in making the place even more welcoming Kind and passionate staff who showed us all the types of their pizzas. We tasted the various types offered and I must say that all our expectations were met. Excellent dough with quality raw materials as well as the fillings. Price in line with those of Florence

Piccolo locale a conduzione familiare, giustamente famoso per i Tre Spicchi del Gambero Rosso. Si possono assaggiare spicchi delle loro rinomate pizze sia da asporto che al tavolo, in questo caso meglio prenotare perché i coperti sono pochi, e magari essere 3 o più così da essere sistemati nella tavernetta anziché nella saletta al piano terra condivisa con gli ospiti in coda al bancone. Tra le pizze raccomando, magari in una degustazione, quelle in pala alla romana o ripiene, in effetti delle focacce originali e creative farcite più che tradizionali pizze, piuttosto che la classica pizza al piatto. Consigliati anche i dessert, piccole monoporzioni di prelibata pasticceria. Limitata la carta delle bevande. Per i prezzi, direi adeguati alla qualità delle materie prime, altrimenti giudicate dal menù.
