Il ristorante dello Chef Montella è perfetto per una esperienza sensoriale che abbraccia gusto vista olfatto. La degustazione esplosione di gusto offre quello che promette… un percorso tra gusti e profumi di pane e di mare, con una escalation che esplode con il risotto “in profondità”, la pietanza iconica dello Chef! Consigliato per coppie che amano condividere esperienze gastronomiche particolari.

A place you can't imagine from outside the place. The interior is well cared for and relaxing. A service present but never intrusive. Cooking is a journey into food.

10+ staff: super courteous, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request with a smile. The food was simply stratospheric – every dish an explosion of flavor and quality. As for the desserts... well, I only managed to photograph part of them because the rest disappeared in an instant, they were truly irresistible! An excellent experience from every point of view. Highly recommended – can't wait to go back

Too bad about the location and how the place is structured inside. However, the boys tried to do their best with the furniture, trying to make it as welcoming as possible and creating a good atmosphere. The food is of excellent quality, the fried foods are delicious! Well done!

25/07/2025: We were greeted by a lively and polite staff. We enjoyed a brilliant tuna tartare and fantastic pasta dishes with lobster and vongole, topped off with an incredibly delicious tiramisu... Thank you for the wonderful lunch!
25/07/2025: At first, this restaurant seems a bit inconspicuous, and you risk walking right past it. However, you should avoid that at all costs, because the selection of fish dishes is simply phenomenal. I had the pasta with lobster and the tuna tartar and can highly recommend it to anyone. The service was also very friendly and attentive. If you enjoy fresh fish, you should definitely stop by this place during your visit to Volterra.
