From the outside, the place is barely noticeable, but as soon as you enter, the music changes. Beautifully decorated and elegant. The staff is very professional. The food is truly excellent, and the tasting menus are truly an experience. It's a shame about its location; if it were in a different location, the place would be much more renowned. It's definitely worth it.

An absolutely positive experience, from the chef's welcome to the dessert finale. The service time was also excellent; we found the interval between courses ideal for a pleasant evening (allow a couple of hours). My wife and I chose the "Fusion" tasting menu. All the dishes are of excellent quality and convey the chef's research and passion. The ingredients are harmonious, and we enjoyed every single dish served, without exception. Excellent work! We'll be back.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva, sin dal benvenuto dello chef fino al dolce finale. Ottimo anche il tempo di servizio, l'intervallo tra le diverse portate l'abbiamo trovato ideale per trascorrere piacevolmente la serata (considerate un paio di ore). Io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione "Fusione". Tutti i piatti sono di ottima qualità e trasmettono la ricerca e la passione dello chef. Gli ingredienti sono armonizzati e le pietanze servite ci sono piaciute tutte, senza esclusione. Ottimo lavoro! Ci ritorneremo.

Il ristorante dello Chef Montella è perfetto per una esperienza sensoriale che abbraccia gusto vista olfatto. La degustazione esplosione di gusto offre quello che promette… un percorso tra gusti e profumi di pane e di mare, con una escalation che esplode con il risotto “in profondità”, la pietanza iconica dello Chef! Consigliato per coppie che amano condividere esperienze gastronomiche particolari.

07/10/2025: On the way to the accommodation location we stopped at this agrotourism stop. We ordered pasta, rabbit meat and game. The portions were good, but small (like Masterchef). It could have been more. But a place to visit.
30/09/2025: We stopped for lunch on the way back from Volterra, and it was a lucky find, given our terrible experience in Volterra. We stopped a bit disheartened and in a foul mood, and left with bellies full of excellent food and in a much better mood thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. It's definitely worth a stop; the food is good and plentiful, the prices are absolutely reasonable...and kudos to the "mother-in-law's" tart! '^v.

04/10/2025: For those hungry, I recommend it; the prices are reasonable. It's a good option for a snack between breakfast and lunch. I recommend the larger size for two people.
