La Cueva In Ariccia

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a delightful discovery. The food was excellent; the porchetta-filled ravioli were fantastic. I recommend trying the generous "Cueva" appetizer: everything was delicious, and the cured meats were truly excellent, from another planet. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, from the skilled chef to the young man who served us. We'll be back.

We had dinner at this small restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't have parking nearby, but next time we'll follow the chef's advice. The place where we ate was in a very charming underground cellar. We enjoyed all the courses, the inevitable porchetta and the Roman pasta dishes; the fillet steak was also very good. The only downside is the bathroom, which is a bit inconveniently located if you're eating in a cave. Overall, we had a great evening and will definitely return.

Fraschetta on the main street of Ariccia, nestled beneath a cave, offers a very charming and unique atmosphere. A rich appetizer of cured meats and cheeses. Delicious meat... highly recommended.

Very good dishes (some perhaps lacked a little salt) and careful presentation. We ate in the cave and we had a great time. The price is quite high if you don't go with The Fork and the 50% discount.

I went on Thursday evening with a friend of mine for dinner at this delightful little restaurant in Ariccia. It is the classic place that combines quality food, a relaxing atmosphere (great background music) and impeccable service. The ravioli filled with porchetta and tagliatelle with black angus ragù had already made me understand that the rest would be delicious. As well as the dessert. I will definitely be back

Prenotato Il Ristorante La Cueva dopo aver verificato attentamente le recensioni sui social. Confermiamo, è decisamente un posto da raccomandare. Abbiamo provato piatti fuori dal comune, come i ravioli di porchetta e quelli alla Norma… semplicemente squisiti. Torneremo di sicuro, anche solo per scoprire se il celebre "risotto speciale" decantato dal titolare è davvero così leggendario. A presto (col cucchiaio già in mano). Grazie per l’ottima esperienza culinaria.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati in questo ristorante ieri a pranzo e siamo riamo rimasto veramente soddisfatti. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo sin dalla prenotazione fatta all'ultimo momento. Il ristorante si distacca dalla zona turistica ed assume una connotazione più particolare. Il servizio è molto curato ed il cliente è sempre al centro dell'attenzione. Il cibo è eccellente. Antipasti di ottima qualità e primi eccezionali. In particolare abbiamo provato i Tortelli alla Porchetta e siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla particolarità e dalla novità del gusto, dimostrazione certa della presenza di uno Chef con la "C" maiuscola. Non abbiamo mangiato secondi (ci rifaremo la prossima volta) ma gustato degli ottimi dessert: Tiramisù della casa e delle favolose Sbriciolate al caramello ed ai frutti di bosco. Complimenti !!
