Restaurant with a magnificent view of the Euganean hills, surrounded by nature. The impeccable service and kindness of the owners are worth the trip, as are the dishes served. The meat and fish menu also leaves room for some extra-menu vegetarian dishes. Excellent quality mixed fried food, cocoa tagliatelle with taleggio cheese and pears, a little savory, but overall good. Wide choice of wines. Warm and welcoming environment. Advised!

Restaurant in the middle of the Euganean hills, where you can eat both fish and meat, I highly recommend it, refined and elegant environment, I recommend the raw meat, really very good. Not to mention the service, which was truly above average.

At least once a year we come to this little paradise in the hills where you eat high quality meat and fish, everything is perfect: environment, food, wine list and staff.
Small gem, there is also a dedicated menu for the little ones.

This marvel of a restaurant, managed by the spectacular, welcoming and highly trained Roberto, is not a place where you can think of food only as food, fuel for the body but, as a sublime journey, made up of the highest quality and selection of food , from the targeted accompaniment of wines, from the environment, the kindness and the warm fireplace.
Tavern is a culinary/sensory experience where the senses are activated, the mind dreams and the palate enjoys and rejoices in the refined tastes.

Location with a beautiful view if you choose to have lunch or dinner outside. The interior is not very large and is a mixture of elegance and refinement that recalls a completely romantic and reserved moment. The welcome and service are made with class and a touch of charm by the owner or manager, always very elegant and refined in his ways. The menu is very refined and particular. The Euganean Wild Boar Tartare with caramelized Tropea, caper leaf and porcini mushroom powder is very good. The slender seven-cereal Bigoli with wild boar ragù and cardoncelli were tasty but a little dry. The best dish was certainly the veal cheeks cooked in a brown sauce, something exceptional in terms of tenderness and taste, one of the best cheeks I have ever eaten, congratulations. The desserts are good, but something more could be done, honestly I didn't fully appreciate the decomposed Cheesecake, much less the Catalan which had too much of a hint of cheese. Overall the experience was very positive. I recommend this place for those looking for a romantic and classy evening, escaping from the chaos of the city. A corner of tranquility and privacy. The price is in line with the proposal, perhaps a little high, but which does not disturb the overall experience at all. We will happily return. €€€-€€€€

I have been there several times and the experience has always been excellent.
Who would have ever thought that you can eat good raw fish amidst the fantastic panorama of Arquà!? But this place is always a guarantee.

We were guests of the restaurant for dinner, not of the hotel, and we found ourselves catapulted into this refined garden with large round tables, in a relaxing, serene and romantic atmosphere: perfect conditions for an occasion such as an anniversary dinner.
The restaurant is located in a street that is also quite secluded from the center of the main village (it is only 3 minutes by car).
The very delicate welcome of the staff is a preamble to the air that you will breathe during the service.
We chose the blind menu formula, themed around the Euganean Hills, with 4 courses: a fixed price which also includes cover charge. (the fish-based formula is also available, both formulas have the possibility of extending the formula to multiple courses).
The wine list is very rich, with the possibility of choosing any bottle on the list by the glass.
A small welcome entrée is served, then we move on to the dishes with a fairly quick and linear service, with simple dishes that enhance the ingredients.
The common thread of the menu was wild boar, with a starter tartare, with caramelized tropea and porcini mushroom powder, followed by 7-grain bigoli with wild boar ragù and cardoncelli.
The second instead consisted of wild boar ribs, the photo was absent as my partner was moved by the idea of a slaughtered and cooked baby wild boar, however it was so good and tender that it ended up bringing Homer Simpson's scene with him into real life. Pizzicottina.
The dessert was a deconstructed cheesecake, which I can easily count among the best cheesecakes I have ever eaten.
The experience was therefore very positive, we would definitely return if we passed through those parts again.
Correct quality-price ratio.
Finally, honorable mention goes to the dining room staff and others for the high quality of the service and the dishes.
