4/5 because they get lost in trivial things: the fried cake arrived cold instead of hot, and the wait staff is inattentive. I had to ask for desserts after a 10-15 minute wait, and then they all disappeared. It's a shame; if they fixed these details, it would be much better, especially since the food is very good.

Truly tasty dishes and a wider variety than other restaurants in Parma. The wait times are average, considering the restaurant is quite busy (New Year's Eve lunch). Reservations are recommended. Prices are slightly above average. Recommended.

A restaurant in the historic center. Outdoor seating is also available, and sandwiches are also available. The "inferno" is unique: it feels like being in a cellar! Giuseppe Verdi is the star, along with the music. Excellent selection of dishes, and the quality is excellent. The cured meats and cheeses, homemade pasta, and even the meat are recommended. The desserts are beautiful and delicious. Friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Recommended.

Aperitivo place.
The snacks are so generous, now I realized why this place is always full.
The drinks serve quickly too, kind people from the restaurant.
Will come back!

Characteristic atmosphere with a classical music theme, excellent quality food, typical local dishes, and the fresh homemade pasta is excellent. It's a shame the door is always open, given the forced walkway from the sidewalk for kitchen service. The staff was friendly, although due to too many customers, the wait for dessert was long. Definitely worth it, even just for a sandwich with excellent cured meats.

La Cucina del Maestro is a true celebration of Parma’s culinary tradition. The menu is filled with local classics made using exceptional ingredients — from prosciutto di Parma to beautifully aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
The absolute highlight of the meal was the anolini in capon broth. Rich, hearty, and deeply flavorful, it felt like the essence of Parma in a bowl — comforting and expertly prepared. We also tried the tortelli verdi with spalla di San Secondo, which were delicious, with a perfect balance of richness and freshness.
The ambiance is warm and rustic, and while the service was a little slow, it was still friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place I’d gladly return to for another bowl of those unforgettable anolini.
