La Cucina del Maestro is a true celebration of Parma’s culinary tradition. The menu is filled with local classics made using exceptional ingredients — from prosciutto di Parma to beautifully aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
The absolute highlight of the meal was the anolini in capon broth. Rich, hearty, and deeply flavorful, it felt like the essence of Parma in a bowl — comforting and expertly prepared. We also tried the tortelli verdi with spalla di San Secondo, which were delicious, with a perfect balance of richness and freshness.
The ambiance is warm and rustic, and while the service was a little slow, it was still friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place I’d gladly return to for another bowl of those unforgettable anolini.

Ottima esperienza. Antipasto tipico, consigliamo soprattutto il parmigiano vacche rosse in abbinamento a un vino locale. Primi piatti buonissimi e insoliti, in particolare la Rosa di patate col culatello. Da provare!

Prezzi abbastanza alti
Menu banale.
Niente di speciale, a Parma c’è di molto meglio.
In 3 abbiamo speso 90 euro per un affettato, un piatto di ravioli insipidi,un flan di parmigiano insipido e 4 pezzi di polenta fritta con funghi senza sapore.
Buono il lambrusco ma…. e’ un po’ poco!
