I highly recommend the Fassona steak tartare, seasoned to order! The main course, "fillet morsels on a pecorino and truffle base," is also excellent. The price is a bit steep—€25—but you have to consider the central location. Gluten-free bread and dishes are available, and the service is good.

I visited this restaurant recently and the overall experience was decent, although with some reservations. The location is decent: it's not particularly impressive in terms of aesthetics or atmosphere, but it's quiet and suitable for a relaxed dinner. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and their warm welcome really makes the difference, although unfortunately they're a bit inattentive or perhaps poorly organized (the table wasn't cleared when the appetizer and main course changed; a second course was brought 20 minutes before the others, and one diner had to eat alone; the cutlery wasn't replaced). The quality of the ingredients is good, and you can sense a focus on the ingredients and a certain amount of care in their selection. However, the plating leaves a bit to be desired: the dishes arrive at the table with rather bland presentations, which don't do justice to the quality of the ingredients. On a sore point: the tartare, unfortunately, wasn't up to par. The flavor wasn't well-balanced, and the texture was puzzling. In short, a restaurant with an excellent foundation to build on: good staff and quality products, but there is room for improvement both in the presentation and in some specific dishes.
