La Cucina Dei Colori In Catania

I want to thank the staff at Cucina dei Colori who accompanied me on this week's vacation in Catania. We ate there almost every night and found the food delicious and the staff very friendly. A special thanks to the two waiters, who were friendly and incredibly welcoming ❤️

Everything we ate was carefully selected and carefully sourced according to the criteria of quality. The only flaw is that the owners shouldn't allow street vendors into the restaurant. I hope you fix this, because it's not pleasant.

Fantastic food. We had one vegetarian out of five, and everyone was absolutely thrilled. Lots of unique dishes that showcase local ingredients in different ways. The plates are smaller and aren't just similar flavor profiles transposed, so it's really great having a few. A real highlight.

Simply fantastic! This place was a real discovery: welcoming, with an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The staff was kind, smiling, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The food? A surprise, all vegetable-based, with original combinations and truly well-balanced flavors. Even the cocktails were carefully prepared and very original. I was truly impressed by the quality of the experience, from the service to the presentation of the dishes. I recommend it to anyone looking for something authentic and surprising. Compliments to the entire staff!

We went there twice because they offer different items every day. We really appreciated that the staff cared about vegan options and clearly told us which dishes were vegan. You can choose a combination of different meals served on one plate — either 2, 3, or 4 options. For us, the 3-meal combo was the most suitable. Our favorite items were the chickpea fritters and the gnocchi. They also take care of some stray cats, which is just an extra point in my book.

Vegan/veggie restaurant, very friendly staff, inside and outside seating, english menu available. There are several dishes and you put your own plate together. Food itself was good but a bit bland.

También llamamos y nos aseguramos dos asientos en la mesa larga/mesa de la escuela. Recibido muy bien a la llegada y la comida todo llegó a su debido tiempo, también era todo muy sabrosa comida que era saludable y satisfactorio. Los postres eran un poco poco poco imaginativos y dos de ellos eran casi idénticos, espero que usaron una fruta diferente. Los precios eran buenos para la gente acostumbrada a los precios de Londres, pero tal vez ligeramente altos para Catania. El lugar es básicamente ofreciendo platos pequeños pero combinados en un plato o supuestamente se puede tener por separado. Se les habían acabado ciertos ingredientes antes del final de la noche, lo que creo que es una buena señal de que no se exceden en el orden y crean desechos. También era muy ruidoso por dentro y no relajante, ya que la gente de la calle seguía entrando tratando de venderte cosas, que no estoy seguro de por qué se permitía ya que la culpa te tropieza mientras comes. Si el lugar va a tener una conexión con los indigentes locales y los vendedores ambulantes, entonces está bien (con los indigentes), pero no está bien que te molesten mientras comes, al igual que yo no los molestaría mientras comen. En general volvería y probaría los otros platos
