We returned to Costaglia after some time and had high expectations. We were disappointed; the service was unwelcoming and always too fast. The presentation of the dishes was sloppy, and the food was average. And that's not to mention that I ruined a dress because of the chipped wooden table.

Beautiful location, excellent meat, low-quality house wine considering the price of €20 a liter The €7 ice cream (two scoops) is not homemade and low-quality, and the staff is inadequately trained to explain the location.

25/07/2026: I often go there for lunch, but today's San Jacopo lunch was truly exceptional: pappardelle with duck ragù, stewed duck, and green beans. Everything was delicious, served with the usual family-style warmth.

If you can think of something to eat, they definitely have it, but be careful, they have better than you might think, the best. GO THERE NOW and you won't be able to do without it.
