Excellent restaurant with affordable prices, quiet and welcoming, worth trying

We visited this restaurant and can't say enough good things about it! The service was impeccable, thanks to our waiter Gigi, who was truly talented and incredibly kind. He guided us through our selection of dishes, offering expert and friendly advice. Every course was a discovery of flavors: everything was delicious, from appetizers to desserts. In particular, the mushrooms were exceptional, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Even the wine, selected on Gigi's recommendation, enhanced every dish. A culinary experience we'll definitely repeat. Thanks again to Gigi and all the staff for the wonderful welcome!

Restaurant with very good ratings, but nothing special or remarkable compared to others. The service was fair, and the dishes didn't have much flavor, for the price you pay. There are many much better options. Watch out for the craft beer that costs €6, and they'll give it to you if you ask for regular beer.

Spectacular food and service. The pasta with pistachio sauce is a must-try; it's excellent. A small place near the tower with an excellent value.

My wife and daughter and I had dinner at La Corte di San Leonardo this evening and the food was divine. The ingredients were of the highest quality: from fresh porcini mushrooms from Garfagnana to the freshest fish, from the truly exceptional pizza to the tender, perfectly cooked tagliata. The staff was friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable, and the prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered. The ambiance also deserves special mention: elegant, with attention to detail, yet welcoming, it immediately puts you at ease and makes the dinner even more enjoyable. A place that successfully combines flavor, atmosphere, and passion. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality gastronomic experience in Pisa.

The meal served had a balance of flavors and portions throughout. The pistachio spaghetti was creamy yet light, while the pici with mushroom cream offered rich earthiness without heaviness. A crisp, fresh Margherita pizza highlighted simplicity done right, and desserts—from the refreshing strawberry panna cotta to the indulgent chocolate cake—closed the meal with elegance. Overall, every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and satisfying without excess.
